They have blocks with magnets to represent sactional pieces to help you decide what will work in your space. I felt comfortable enough to touch and sit on everything. We will be back.

I am glad there is a physical store for me to go for LoveSac. However, I have had LoveSac products for over 10 years now, but just now received a request to review as a “new customer” - so that makes me feel a bit unappreciated despite my brand loyalty.

Really cool experience. I really do believe the guy I bought from had my best interest in mind. To tell me that I should wait to buy and wait for a sale was a risky move but it is the reason I came back. Great manager. I changed my review because holy hell the shipping for this couch is a mess

Several furniture products were purchased from Lovesac within the past 5 years, that were covered with what was called standard leather (actually a fake leather product). Starting at about 3.5 years after the purchase, all of the covers on these products began to spontaneously deteriorate (pictures attached). At this point in time (maybe 1.5 years since purchase), all of the products have spontaneously and seriously deteriorated (see attached pictures). We went in to the local store in Omaha Nebraska, and asked about whether this should be covered under a manufacturers defect, as it is readily apparent that the covering material on a couch should not just suddenly disintegrate. We were told that the product is out of warranty (3 year warranty), and they stated that the couch must have abused in some way to cause this (such as sunlight or by washing) . The couch is not in the sun and has not been abused or otherwise treated in any way that should have caused this damage. The fact is, careful analysis of the pattern of degradation and the process shows that this material is of inferior quality, and should not have been sold and marketed as "designed for life", as was inappropriately represented by the company. Others should be made aware that the marketing and representation made by this company that their products are of high quality, commensurate with the price paid, are misrepresentations of the facts. Reviews of online reviews that are publicly available (google search and at the company's website) find several other cases of complaints about this and similar products from this company - in fact they have discontinued selling this type of cover, which suggests that they are aware of the problem and are ignoring the complaints. I believe this poor quality product qualifies for reimbursement under the "lemon law" statues of the US and that this company should be the target of a class action suit over their failure to recall and replace this product.

Hello. I love our new sactional and my daughter loves her movie sac. However I'm unsatisfied with the service I got or lack of service I got when I called to say 3 items were missing from my order. I didn't get the chinchilla pillow covers size 24x16 because apparently they are on back order for 16 weeks but I was told they may have 2 in the back storage area of the Omaha store. I never received my Eskimo Snow Phur squattaman cover either and was told it shows it shipped so basically that's that. That is a $50 cost that I'm now out at no fault of my own. Very unhappy about that. I was told I'd get a call back by Shaun regarding the squattaman cover and pillow covers but that never came. Very unhappy with how that all played out.

Ordered my Sactional, was told it would be 7-14 day delivery. After a couple days of hearing nothing contacted Lovesac and asked if I would be getting a confirmation email when it shipped, they said yes. Several more days, no email, so I call again and they said I should be getting email soon. After 8 days no email I contact store and assoc says they don’t show that the product has or had not shipped and manager would have to look into it. Day 9 I texted store and asked for update and I had not heard back by the afternoon, so I contacted main Lovesac and they said they would need to investigate further. I then get contacted by the store and they inform me that there is a balance due of $13.86 and due to this balance my order was not processed!! Someone from store would be calling me to collect payment of the $13.86 and they would then place my order and things could get moving forward ?.I was dumbfounded. 1. that after placing an order for nearly $6000 they would be so petty as to call me for the $13.86, rather than getting my order placed immediately and remedying their mistake. 2. That they would not try to offer some way to make up for their mistake. When my couch should have already been delivered or at least been shipped but due to their error the order had not even been placed. Instead, ask for payment of $13.86 and not offer anything to make up for their error.If you mess up acknowledge it, fix it and try to make it right. The basics of customer service. I really expected more from Lovesac. I have always been an advocate of this company and their products but this experience has not been a positive one.

This was such an easy order to place! They were so helpful and so many options I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Delivery was outstanding and quick! Customer service was 100% helpful. Will definitely recommend Lovesac to all my friends!

Shawn was awesome to work with! There are so many options (in a good way!) that with his knowledge we were able to figure out the best couch for our family! We haven’t received it yet but we know we will love it!
