I bought a Hairmax Ultima 12 Laser Comb here in 11/2023 knowing that Lovely Skin is an authorized retailer for Hairmax. I was able to get a small 20% discount due to the holidays which persuaded me to try it. Any progress with alopecia has to be measured in months. I used it for 5 months with no discernible gains and found the beeping noise to be irritating when trying to use it. I was unable to return it b/c Lovely Skin has a 30 day return policy and does not honor the Hairmax 6 months return guarantee. I wish that I had bought this from Hairmax considering how long you have to do a trial to see hair growth progress. If there is any chance you may return this product, then buy it directly from Hairmax.

I am a skincare sales rep and have been calling on Lovely Skin for about a year. Customer service is quick to reply and have always been so kind and respectful. It shows true quality character to treat cold call sales reps with respect. Thank you for your kindness Lovely Skin!

Wow, the shipping is so fast and they take care of packaging it up so nicely. I ordered my foundation from LG website and then realized I ordered the wrong version so I looked at Lovely Skin and order the right version. It got here so fast, I still haven't received my original order from LG yet. Way to go Lovely Skin!

I've been purchasing my dermatologist grade skincare from LovelySkin online since 2010. It is basically the only place I will buy my products because of them being a trusted authorized retailer of the brands I need. They frequently offer discount codes, which saves me alot of money, especially since my local dermatologist never offer these brands on sale. It is amazing that they still offer free shipping on any order, no minimum amount required, which is unheard of these days...and you get free samples! The shipping is super fast too. I recommend signing up for their rewards program for a quarterly cash back treat towards a purchase. I have not needed to return anything, so I can't speak about their return policy issues. Yes, it looks strict, but it is very clear and is in line with the trend of most retailers these days unfortunately. One time I did question the quality of an Obagi toner I received. Their customer service took it very seriously and even reached out to Obagi to investigate, as they are an authorized retailer of these medical grade skin products. The concern was resolved to my satisfaction.

Horror Show Customer Service!!! LovelySkin has a usurious and predatory return policy whereby unopened and unused merchandise is unreturnable except for three items a year. It's wild how abusive and disgusting this predatory business practice is...I'm sure the alleged dermatologist that owns this scam platform conducts himself similarly in his medical practice. Avoid at all costs! Disgusting! In response to LovelySkin's smug and dismissive response below let me say that such a weirdly restrictive return policy is "wild and abusive" in that it preys upon the goodwill of customers writ large, particularly during a holiday season, while their shady enterprise spams supposed deals to hook consumers knowing there's little to no recourse to claw back the funds if the purchase needs to be amended. I have literally never seen this degree of parasitic behavior from any online retailer or vendor with a physical location, so by that measure, yes, it is both wild and abusive.

Accidently ordered the wrong color of an item, received this morning, untouched, unopened product. Called to exchange the item for correct color, and was told there are no exceptions to their policies and that I would have to re-order and purchase the product, paying for the identical item in correct shade TWICE. Been a customer for years and will not accept this type of policy that is totally inflexible and rude.

Obviously expired products. I looked them up on BBB after having an ordeal with products that were obviously either expired or faulty or fake. They have complaint after complaint on faulty products being sent out. You are not getting a deal, you are getting very bad quality skincare. Don't waste your time.

Their website take your data, store it and send spam. I didn't proceed to order (didn't ship to my country), didn't login or register, didn't click anywhere to subscribe to spam. What they do is - they have already checked box, which, if you don't pay attention and uncheck, they collect your precious email. I call it a real spam, because any serious company know there is no need to send to customer 2 emails per day !!! lol, but they don't care. I receive first email " Welcome! Here's 20% off your next order" and then after 10 min "Take another look! Get 20% off when you order" lol, they assume you cannot read with the first time. The next day arrives and in case you didn't undrestood the first previous days identical spams here is more lol- "Your exclusive 20% off is waiting inside!" and after few min one more lol " Are you still interested? Take 20% off!". I unsubscribe, but hey, still interested how more different sentences of the same title they can come up with :D People hate spammy sites, ok? We live in 2023, lot of data and adverts, lets respect each other. Spams don't make someone buy more. I don't need to be advert specialist to know it. This is high brand online store, but the advert looks like i accidentally stepped in some 1 dollar store make up clearance. Harsh - yes, but time to stop for businesses to do such even not necessary things.

Customer service has gone down terribly. Do not buy Skinceuticals from them. My serum was brown and I paid $188 for it. Order directly through Skinceuticals or your derm. Trying to exchange it was a nightmare. I finally gave up. Products are old! Even my Dr. Dennis Glow pads were expired. I was a long time loyal customer.UPDATE!!! Because of this review they canceled my order for a sunscreen claiming I didn't pay for my products and disputed my credit company. I DID NOT do that and offered to have a 3 way call with my credit company. They said I wasn't a good fit so they will no longer sell to me and kept my rewards and continue to send me samples and coupons. What company does this over a bad review? I have purchased at least $1000 dollars of products a year for myself and my sisters the same and daughter. Instead of trying to make it right, they shut down my account. If you have a bad experience and wish to still buy products, don't leave a bad review. What a terrible thing to do to someone. She was rude and very very mean. Please see photo of my Skinceutucals Serum. I've been using this for 15 years and paid $188 for a brown serum. They told me this was normal. It is not a normal color!
