Gave notice of move out and was locked out of my unit before the month was over. There was no emergency support for this type of issue and the only thing I was told was to call back in 2 days on the last day I have to move everything out. It's not the fault of the phone representative, but this should not have been an issue in the first place and the owner should have an emergency contact number to get these things taken care of quickly. It's also very frustrating to be told that there is no record of my tenancy when I have emails documenting this whole process.

New customer at the LockBox storage. Chris was amazing! Super friendly, well versed, and gets straight to business. He showed me all of my options and a small tour of the units I was able to choose from. He let me know what deals I could get with certain units and did it all in a timely manner! The units were clean and I got mine on the first floor which is so easily accessible. It also smelled really good in the office/lobby area lol, that topped it off.

A month ago my parents acquired a storage unit in this location. Chris was really helpful. He explained everything thoroughly. He was very kind, helpful, and has very good customer service.

First time storage renter, was kinda nervous. The manager, chris, is so helpful and accommodating, he answered all of my questions and has always gotten back to me in a timely manner if there was anything i was unsure of. The facility is clean and they even have a nice clean restroom for customers. Rates are pretty fair as well when compared to the competition. I would recommend renting from this place, and make sure you meet Chris, he's awesome!

I've done a fair amount of business with multiple lock box facilities but this one is by far my favorite. The manager, chris, is so helpful and accommodating, I would give 10 Stars if I could. The facility is clean and they even provide a nice clean restroom for customers when a lot of other places do not. Rates are pretty fair as well when compared to the competition.

The customer service that Chris provides is second to none. Chris is just outstanding and this facility is safe and clean!! Very impressive operation and I would recommend to anyone looking for storage.

I've lived in Omaha my whole life and have stored around downtown at a few different units. This Lockbox is definitely the best, mostly due to the manager Chris. Any issue I have, Chris handles it with a genuine smile on his face. I feel totally safe and secure storing valuable possessions here and couldn't recommend Lockbox at 501 Pacific more! Thanks Chris!

Just moved to the area and stopped in to check out the facility and we booked immediately. Chris the property manager is awesome! He is a very nice guy that is on top of everything, professional and we enjoy chatting with him when we drop in. Easy to get set up and we have been very happy. The property is well taken care of and clean. The grounds have a gate to get in and if have inside storage you have to use a code to get into the building. All in all a great storage place!

I have been there for a year. And new management. Is taking away my 24hour access without no notice and wanted to know what I'm doing there also told me I had to leave within 10 minutes or police would be called noww all of this was before. Closing time 9 :15 pm. I don't care for the bully tactics and I want my mom oney back that I paid for 24 access plus. 3 ladders were stolen from me since I been there also I wrote a review less been 2 months ago and I cannot find out it was taken down it was a good review too now I'm not happy at all !!

It’s always a pleasure to work with Rick! I enjoyed my first experience so much that I am renting again and would recommend to a friend. Easy to set up monthly auto pay. Very clean storage units, and an elevator for convenient access to my unit. I appreciate all the attention to detail. Plus, the location is perfect and makes moving items feel relaxed and easy.

Exceptional experience so far! I selected LockBox Storage - Old Market for its convenient location, reasonable pricing and great reviews! Rick is extremely pleasant to work with - he even made a recommendation for a different unit to save me a few extra $$. I appreciate the climate control, the secure access, the cleanliness of the facility and the convenience of getting in and out. Will certainly use in the future and recommend to all of my friends.
