Told me it was going to be and hour and a half. Expeceted payment for service before they would come out made payment and then refused to come out and refunded after waiting 1 and a half hour. Couldnt give a 0. Bad business and costomer service. May be they should disclose the fact they want payment first

When I had a flat tire, Litty Rescue Roadside came to my rescue promptly. The technician was exceptionally friendly, making the experience much more pleasant. He was organized and professional, efficiently changing my tire. Other companies I called didn’t even answer. I will definitely use Litty Rescue Roadside again and highly recommend their services.

They put a 48hour sticker on my son’s car in our complex on 2/2/23 saying it’d be towed on 2/4/23 if his flat was not fixed in that time. Woke up this morning and my son’s car was GONE towed! And the address they provide on their website goes to an apartment complex! Police report is getting filed!

My minivan battery was dead as it was parked in my apartment's parking lot. I called Litty Rescue Roadside, and Eric showed up in less than 20 minutes. He promptly removed the old battery, left to go purchase a new one, and came back and installed it all within an hour at a very reasonable price. My new car battery is working perfectly. Eric did a great job, and he / Litty will be the first people I call the next time I need a roadside service that they provide. 5 stars!!!Service: Battery service
