First of all, the owner, Kathy is very rude and can be very abrupt! Items always seem to come in way later than she previously stated, and when you "call her out" on it, she gets very defensive...not pleasant doing business with her! Will give our business to other boutiques that carry the same brands.

The women who answer the phones are clueless and the owner is quite arrogant! Would rather give other businesses who carry the same brands my business....things on "backorder" take a long time to get in...all around not a pleasant shopping experience!

I ordered a Hugo Boss bed sheet in June 2021 to be shipped to Australia and I am yet to receive my purchase. I've followed up with emails and left voicemails... nothing. I had a terrific first time buyer experience with this store, which has an outstanding inventory of attractive bedroom, bathroom and other household items. The owner Kathy was proactive in helping me with my online order, confirmed availability of the items I required and despatched them within a few hours of my order going in. The items arrived safely, in perfect condition and earlier than I had expected. A very happy experience and I will not heistate to buy from The Linen Gallery again.
