I was charged $300ish for my Dad's estate taxes. I was assured that Liberty Taxes knew how to do taxes for a person who passed... They did NOT!!! and I had to keep providing more paperwork that they NEGLECTED to file!!! And refunding was NOT given.
Lazy and UNknowledgeable!!!!
