It's that time of the year for glasses (for me). I was looking to purchase two pairs for some variety. Jadon, the young man who assisted me did a great job helping me find what I wanted in regards to style and cost. I left the store not only happy with my purchase but also with the level of customer service I received.

Such an easy and smooth exam! Both the technician and doctor were gentle, kind, and friendly. Dr. Williams explained all aspects of the exam in detail. I would definitely recommend!

Very helpful staff! Clean environment as well. They have a large variety of glasses and contacts available. They even offer plenty of discounts for those without insurance. There is also a AAA discount and a military discount. The Doctors of Optometry inside LensCrafters is amazing and deserves an additional star on top of the 5 for their courteousness, patience and understanding. If they see something they will bring it to your attention rather than just try to get you through to get to the next patient. They put your vision as a top priority. Thanks!

The doctor was great. Thoroughly explained everything, including images and tests. The eyewear specialist was also great. Patient and friendly. Suggested frames that would work well with my coloring and face dimensions.

Had an original appointment on 10/30However due to tech issues appointment was cut short without exam. Rescheduled for 10/31 and was rewarded for the error and my patience. Very good staff and team was very helpful in meeting my budget needs. I will definitely be back.
