Shipping was fast, orders were accurate, and their team even reached out to me directly to clarify some things. Had to use my roommates phone cause I actually left a 5 star review two years ago and HAD to leave another 5 star review. These guy's are absoluty the BEST online vape store. Took two years for another delivery issue to come up but just like the first time they have the absolute best customer service and go above and beyond to make sure my package gets to me. Even if they didn't have the lowest prices I can find online I would still shop with them cause I'm that confident of their service. Sure in another few years I'll have to find another friend to leave another 5 star lol.

I go to coughy's on a regular basis. I have gotten to. Know everyone and ever person there is friendly, helpful and fun to work and chat with. I have never had one bad experience.
