Went on a tour recently; director was nice, I really loved the scheduling options and the price was perfect for my budget. Unfortunately while we were touring the child area the toddler teacher (who didn't know we were on the other side of the wall) was screaming at a child. When we proceeded into her room she put on a nervous smile and the toddler was sitting next to her with tears in her eyes. The other staff members seemed nice during our visit but I would not leave my child with the toddler teacher.

Lady I spoke with on the phone about a tour was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had originally talked with the enrollment center ensuring there were spots available at the California St. and 140th St. locations. I set up tours for both of those while on the phone with the enrollment center one for 10am and the other for 11am on Thursday April 27th. I showed up to California St. and was told they didn’t have any of my information nor did the other location. She also told me that there was in fact no open spots but the 140th location did so I set up another date and time for a tour. I rescheduled the tour for Tuesday at 10am, I just got off the phone with someone from that location who once again actually did not have space for my kiddos. She was very rude and hung up on my in the middle of the conversation. I am glad there are no spots for my kids as I would hate to have them here with such an unprofessional office staff.

This La Petite is truly incredible. My time working here was unfortunately pretty short lived due to a very unexpected emergency which caused me to move states, but the staff here are wonderful people who truly care about the kids. My daughter attended here as well, and she absolutely developed amazing skills so quickly! Every evening I was so impressed with what she had learned that day. Kids hands (even babies!) get washed frequently, the rooms and toys are cleaned and sanitized every night, and tables are cleaned after every meal, laundry is done everyday, which I have not seen many other daycares/learning centers do. The best place for your child to be while you're working, and truly the best job I have ever had!! I honestly can't rave about La petite enough, highly recommend to anyone who needs care for their little one or who needs a job with an incredible staff who makes you feel like family.

I personally love this day care. I love everything they do with kids; A lot of different activities so kids can learn school stuff.

This is the absolute best daycare ever! I had to switch my 1yr old son to this one because his older daycare (Childrens Express on 84th st) he was constantly getting hurt and neglected and I was signing incident forms like every week. My son has been coming to La Petite on Q st. ever since and it's been over a year now and he loves it and has learned soo much and hasn't had one incident yet! I know kids get hurt from time to time but to not have one incident from this place is amazing! They have live camera so you can watch you kids during the day and they have the bright wheels app so they take pics of them doing activities and playing and update you on when they eat,get changed, and sleep! I couldn't ask for a better daycare! Even though I need later hours and wished they stayed open later so I can work, I refuse to take him anywhere else so I'm looking for another job with earlier hours. That's how much I love this place! Im willing to sacrifice my job for another just to keep him in La Petite cause I don't trust any other daycare!

My kids first daycare experience has been the best one because of everyone who works here. My daughter absolutely loves Ashleigh and Mr Quentin, and our family loves the entire staff.

I was against my child going to any childcare facility. I wanted to stay at home with my child. I toured this school and Tiffany and Stephanie made me feel safe and comfortable. We enrolled our child. I was pleased with the center and didn’t have any concerns for my child. I am doing this review because I have watched this school turn into the most amazing school I have ever seen. I brag to my friends and family about this school. They have created such an amazing loving and learning environment. We love Jen she’s amazing to us. Donna and Tania have always been amazing with our little one, and now Heidi and Allison are my child’s teachers. I wasn’t wanting my child to leave infants but them two ladies made me feel completely confident that my child was in good hands. Thank you all so much for loving my child and making us feel good about leaving our child. We are leaving LPA and it breaks my heart to think about our last day.. Tiffany, Stephanie, and Jen you have really changed that school. I am so proud of you guys I wish I could be there to hear the official word of you guys getting accredited. We love you

I am very happy with the care at La Petite! My son always has a great day and is very well taken care of. The staff and directors are wonderful and very understanding of my sons needs. The staff always goes over and beyond! I would recommend this child care center to all families.

I absolutely love it at La Petite. I am a first time mom and I was terrified for my son to go to ANY childcare, but once I toured the school and met the staff, I knew that my son belonged there. The staff has been honest with me since day one and they always go the extra mile to let me know my son is loved, treated like an individual, and well taken care of. Special shout out to upper management (Chelsea, Tiffany, Stephanie) for always taking the time out to get to know the children and the parents no matter how busy they are. I have built a personal relationship with them and I couldn't ask for a better group of girls. They are friendly and so down to earth, but they remain professional at all times. Ms. Donna, and Ms. Beth... Thank you for all you do! I am really grateful and my son is here to stay! #TEAMLAPETITE

I have the most amazing teachers here..If I need anything or I'm having any issues with my kids that day. .it's fine and not a big deal..Miss Chelsea, Miss Stephanie, Miss kelly and Mrs.Dona are amazing they have had my baby since he was 6 weeks old. My oldest since school age and i have zero complains. I absolutely recommend you send your kidos here!

I'm Soo pleased with this location. I have been to many other locations but choose this one. The assistant director took the time with me to go over their great curriculum. At the beginning of summer my soon to be kindergartner is behind in her speech and writing. With all the work on headstart she still was not writing her name. She spent the summer with Miss Ashley and is now writing her name and communicating wonderfully. With the expert help from Ms. Chelsie and Ms. Ashley my little one is almost All ready for kindergarten.

The director Tiffany and assistant director Chelsea are always accommodating of my questions and very respectful. The staff is caring and inform me of any concerns that abound with my kiddos. The ease of mind I get from the secured doors, surveillance system, and precious status updates helps my work day flow so much better. Thank you to all the staff and Tiffany and Chelsea for all you do for my kiddos.

This place has been amazing for my children!!! The office staff always go above and beyond for my children. One of my boys has autism so it's extremely hard to find a place I can trust for him to be at and have had a few bad experiences with other places but this place and the staff have made me feel so at ease bringing him here. He even went on a field trip with them which is HUGE for him!!!! Having a child with special needs is hard enough for a parent and then being able to find a place to trust with his issues and not being able to communicate very well is very scary. I don't know what I would do without this place and the staff! They always make us feel welcome and are always here to help my kids with anything they need. My youngest son use to cry to not want to go to school and ever since we started coming here he cries if he CANT go to school. Again this place and the directors and staff are incredibly amazing. They are our second family and I recommend them to all my friends and family. ❤️❤️A big thank you to Tiffany and Chelsea and all the wonderful staff for all you do for my babies. ?❤️❤️
