I used to come to this kwik shop all the time and never had any issue. I recently moved back into the area, and tonight I came in with 9.85 in change, I had plenty of money to pay for what I needed, the casher insisted on weighing out the change but kept dropping change on the floor but didn't count it towards my total. So I ended up not having enough for what I needed, solely because she didn't want to pick up what she dropped... Poor service doesn't convert to return customers..

I just went to Kwik Shop on 3222 Q st. I walked in and saw the employee behind the counter, reading something. Her head was down, I said, hi, real loud and cheerful. The employee did not look up at all and she did not acknowledge me at all. I went to pay for my drink, she said, that will be 1.08. I gave her the money, she gave me the change, I asked for a receipt and then I said, have a good day. She didn't say anything to me and went back to reading what she was reading when I walked in. I could not believe her. I will not go back there. If your gonna work with the public, you should be friendly and personable. She had the personality of a rock. How rude!

The parking lot is horrendous. The staff is as well. The store looks like it need to be demolished just on sanitary conditions alone. The front of the building has been crashed into and then robbed more times than I can remember. Just keep driving.

Didnt acknowledge me through whole visit and said bathroom was closed. Didnt ask for bakers card. Bought stuff and had to use bathroom shouldve left merchandise and walked.
