I use this gas station a lot
However, I am concerned with the deceptive practices
DID YOU KNOW- that if you use a debit card whatever is left over doesn’t go back to your card
THEY NEED TO PUT A SIGN UP SAYING THIS- that you need to come back into the store to get your change- or to have it deposited back onto your card because it isn’t automatic if you aren’t paying with a credit card.
I’m upset after looking at my bank statements
Putting 60$ in the tank- and EVERYTIME my car would only take 52$ and some change- THE REST OF THE MONEY WAS NEVER REFUNDED OR RETURNED JUST PUTTING MORE MONEY IN THE POCKETS OF THE GAS STATION OWNER.
I will be contacting the Attorney General and BBB about this.
Especially why they DONT HAVE A SIGN SAYING THIS SOMEWHERE VISIBLE SO THAT CUSTOMERS ARE AWARE OF THIS-

I love Kwik shop more than any other gas station. Their delicious decaf coffee large med or small are all one price of 1.28... they have six different creamers and two flavors to put in coffee...great coffee bar. Also have an ATM in store. Got some money out. Very convenient...

Just called up there to see what time they close because it seems like they’ve been closing earlier lately before I waste my time and gas to drive out there. I also asked how much lucky strikes were and the guy said I don’t know offhand and I said well can you check? No, I’m kind of busy. Imagine had he just took a couple seconds to turn around and look, I might have spent my money there. Kindly gfy.

Went in to buy a snack and a drink and my card was charged twice it has taken four days to get this handled I call and the manager was supposed to call me back and did not forcing me to call again. The cashier or whoever answered the phone does not know when the manager will be in there is their no set schedule for your employees to be able to tell a customer when you will be in. I am in customer service as well so I fully understand it is a process but not when I call and the person has an attitude just because I have called multiple times about this issue, also ps start putting your phone on mute when your telling a customer to hold on we can hear everything! your saying good or bad hope this changes a few things.

I would say that it's usually tough to give bad ratings to a gas station, but this evening I was surprised.I was asked to remove my mask in order to buy alcohol (by an employee not wearing a mask) even though I presented a valid drivers license.This is a great example of American ignorance (in the 'Heartland') and the general dangerous lack of reality that some live in.

I would like to mention their lack of experience for health and cleanliness. I was told their employees don't have a hold on the horrendous pandemic that is happening currently and my friend was asked to remove their mask. The employee was not currently wearing their mask and my friend provided a valid license then motioned for my friend to take his mask off to present his face, which has never happened to anyone that I know.This is ignorance and hurtful to our community and as someone who lives in the area, I will not be spending my money here any more.

I love it there. Some workers work doubles and have a second job. But most importantly the customer must have patience. And if not go some were else. Kwik shop Cashiers are nice and very helpful. When me and my brother ever cook I like to bring them some food. Hot wings and fries. My brother brings enchiladas and tacos.

I frequently visit the Kwik Shop located off of 48th and L Street in Omaha, Ne. Exceptional customer service involves meeting and surpassing the customers expectations. Eleanor, LeMont and Ianchelle, (pronounced in-shill-ay), are always going above and beyond! They are doing that with smiles on their faces everyday! Going the extra mile will not only result in an indebted and happy customer, it can also go a long way in terms of keeping future business. Keep up the great work! Kwik Shop is lucky to have you!!!

Most of the people that work there have very little care for their customers. They seem like we (us customers) are a nuisance. There's a couple out of how many that work there that I like.

We got gas and all the wash squeegees was empty. All the trash cans was overflowing in gas lanes. Overall it was the dirtiest gas station parking lot. That will keep me from wanting to gas up there.

The coffee is alway fresh and the cashiers know what I smoke. Sometimes I go out of my way just to go there. It's like my cheers but a gas station.

I really like this place. It's in a good location, I travel past it often. The best thing about it is there is a covered walk way from the pumps to the front of the store witch is nice in inclement weather.
