I love Kum and Go... I truly do.. But for the love of God please fix your prompts on your gas pumps on the screens so I don't keep forgetting to enter in my loyalty because I've lost $400 in the last 30 days in gas in rewards and there's no way to do it on the app either to go back and redeem that from my receipts which is disappointing because you guys nailed everything else and I don't even get perks for being a loyal guests at the pump because it's the way it's timed and the order in which the prompts show up at the pump to enter in loyalty.. I always forget and it's highly frustrating.

This Kum&Go is located in Millard, off 144th and near Q street. The convenience store is much larger than most other standard Kum&Go gas stations. I used the phone app to refill my vehicle while checking out the store. Lots of extra space to showcase their deli and beverage section. Service is quick and friendly. I was very impressed with the offerings and larger store size.

Very friendly staff when I came in. I was trying to redeem cents off I earned with my rewards card. The staff were very willing to get my rewards card working and ensure I got the discount okay. While I was waiting, they even gave me a small free slice of pizza.

Every time I go to this come and go at 144/Q, I'm always disappointed in the food. Pizza is always old. Even if you called their corporate office and complain. Any other come and go pizza is usually good but this one is always old food

I have been going in each morning to get the newspaper for my dad while he is visiting. One day, my car wouldn't start. I had a friend pick me up. When I came back with jumper cables, Patrick came out to help me, my husband and 89 year old dad jump start the car. It was cold and windy, and while we sat in the car, Patrick was the one to stand outside and oversee the whole process.The next day, he asked if we got the car fixed, and overall how things were going. Patrick was interested in us as people. This is above and beyond what I would expect of an employee.The gal that rings up my sales each morning is also nice and friendly.Because of their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to be helpful, I will also buy my gas and any other odds and ends I might need in a jiffy.I also appreciate the fact employees are wearing masks.In a day and age where we only hear how divided we are and negative stories on the news non-stop, I really appreciate good, kind people willing to do the right thing, even when they don't have to.

Drove all the way here just for one of their new bowls but when I got ready to order a man came out and said they couldn’t help me because they stop serving at 1 and they’re understaffed. Hmm maybe Kum and Go should go ahead and give people the full $15/hour. Sad.

I accidentally left my backpack at the store , i came back to get it and the ManagerAnd employees gave me 4 different conflicting stories of where my backpack and the contents were at.

They push those reward cards way to hard. Staff pressures customers to the point they back up the lines. I routinely spend 5-10 minutes in line waiting to buy a single cup of coffee because they are pushing these cards on customers. Saying "no" once should be enough but they keep harping until you give them a firm "NO, IM NOT INTERESTED." This is unacceptable. Ill pay more and get my coffee elsewhere going forward.
