This Kum and Go gas station is terrible especially the guy Jose yeah I don't know what's wrong him but he has the most terrible customer service I have ever encountered with so yeah he's no good at all this gas station location socks not very nice treat the customers right not wrong how rude and terrible

Stopped for morning coffee and danish to finish out my delivery in the Omaha area. Service is fabulous with small town feel, very helpful workers and honest. Would stop again if I was coming through!!!

Extremely rude night clerk! I came in to buy a pack of cigarettes around 2:15 AM with my significant other. My significant other and I had were discussing something while smoking. Just as we finished our smokes I have her a hug and then the oompa loompa night clerk came out and says to both of us "you two need to take your make up session somewhere else". I was shocked by what she just said because I hadn't even kissed my significant other. I responded with "excuse me?" Ok which she cooked back "kum & go has a no loitering policy you guys need to leave". I couldn't believe it, after I had just spent money there and was so polite to each other inside.. Loitering is defined as hanging around in a particular place for prolonged time without any apparent purpose.. I don't believe my significant other and myself fall into that category.. Kum & Go was my go to gas station and convince store, well not anymore because of this rude clerk. Keep your hate to yourself lady

First and foremost their prices are horrible , way above average, the woman that was cashier was possibly the most rude cashier I've seen, there are 2 better gas stations up the street.

We had an incredibly terrible experience here this evening, when a friend was subjected to targeted racism by the cashier. She was PAYING for her items at the counter when she was accused of theft for an item she never even touched, while the rest of us had no issue. This was our first time here, and most definitely will be the last.

I used to be a regular at this location. The cashier screamed at me for not reading a sign on the door that I did read and obeyed. Never coming back.

Cool store love the stock they got going on but that fkn old hag karmen is rude smart mouthed ass boomer told me at first "cAnT bUy alChOl pAsT 1 am" like I didn't fkn know that I was jus looking at the fkn alcohol section for future references and proceeds to tell me "uSuaLLy wE dOnT tAkE 50s aFtEr dArk" while she's taking the 50 I had unnecessary @ss comment from grandma.

The older woman named Karmen is one of the most rude, disrespectful and confrontational gas station clerks I’ve ever met. My fiancé was in the store first then I joined him and we spoke for maybe 2 minutes before Karmen came stomping around the counter YELLING at us if we needed help finding anything. A nice gesture if she didn’t add the attitude and tone of voice insinuating that we were trying to steal from them. REALLY, TRYING TO STEAL??? GFC
