Corey just installed a Bruno stair lift for us. We could not be happier! He did a fantastic job! He explained the chair safety features and made sure we knew how to use it safely.

I had an experience with Kohll’s wheelchair van sales. I was in need of a wheelchair van for my 91yr old mother. Robert Bevins took the time to show me the stock they had and explain each vehicle in my price range. Robert treated my mother, wife, son and myself like a true professional even though we weren’t buying one of the most expensive vans. Robert took the time to answer questions even though it was apparent that he was extremely busy. He made time for us on two consecutive afternoons. He made the buying experience enjoyable. This was the first time I have ever been treated like this when working with a wheelchair van salesman. Robert even called the next morning to make sure I didn’t have any issues driving the 200 miles home after I bought it!!! I have no idea how much Robert gets paid but if Robert treats all customers the way he treated us, he deserves a raise or at least a large bonus. If I need a wheelchair van in the future I won’t buy it from anyone but Robert!!!! I will also recommend Robert to all of my friends that might be in the market for a wheelchair van. Thank you sir!!!!!

The mobility director Bijou Fidegnon did an excellent and thorough job in helping me choose a manual wheelchair. The specifications were important to me and she took a great deal of time measuring and finding out exactly what I wanted. She even brought it to my home so I could make sure it was the right choice. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism

We went to Kohlls to purchase a scooter for my husband. B was very knowledgeable and extremely sensitive to his needs. She asked several questions and was truly concerned for the right match for what he’s using it for. She genuinely cared for the right fit. It was a pleasure doing business with her.

Mindy at Kohl’s went out of her way to take the bottoms off a walker that I ruined when you get it another person in the back room to help pull out some thing I jammed in there before they can put on the new devices to get me on my way then talk to the doctors office three or four times because they sent it to the wrong number and she still patiently waiting. If you ever need something done medically pills supplies our knowledge come in to Kohl’s in Millard. What a wonderful lady. I appreciate you Mindy. Thank you and have a great day.

We put in a lift for our stairs and the installer, Corey,Did a wonderful job installing and training us. Very Patient too.Kohl’s has been a great company for us because all employees have been helpful.

My parents needed a stair lift installed in their home. From the initial phone contact through installation, the process could not have been any easier. Corey was very informative & answered all of my questions. He didn’t even need to come measure before installation day! He arrived as scheduled, got the installation done faster than expected & the end result has made the stairs in my parents’ home functional again! Big thanks to Corey for his helpfulness & professional service!

My mom had an urgent need for a hospital bed to be delivered to her memory care facility with very little notice. Pete, Carol and Nick made this happen so flawlessly. Pete informed us his company could help us and got us in contact with Carol. She clearly provided us with bed options, options to buy or rent and delivery contact information. The staff at Oxbow told me to give Nick a 5 star review for delivery and setup. I was not involved in this part of the process, but was told that Nick went above and beyond, and was great.

Corey was great! So kind and professional. When he came out (he drove 2.45 hours) he realized there was something he hadn’t anticipated. The rail for the stairlift was going to partially block the bathroom entrance. He took pics and jotted down some notes and asked if he could return to do the job, as he want to put in a piece of track that would allow us to fold it up if needed to be out of the way of the bathroom door. He returned the following week and completely the job in only a couple hours. He was very thorough in explaining how the chairlift worked and let my mom go up and down a few times to assure she was comfortable using it. I would recommend Corey any time. Like I mentioned he also had to travel almost 3 hours one way to do this job. So for him to return just for our benefit was very kind. Kudos Kohlls for hiring a great representative for your business.

Terrible place to do business! Was told to put something in my wife's name because I didn't have a prescription from the doctor and it would be easier to switch it over once I received the script from the Dr. I received the script and forwarded it to them less than 48 hours later. Fast forward two and a half months later and they never put the item in my name. Had no record of it. Of course it was still in my wife's name and never transferred it to me. The guy working told me to take it back with me and return it the next day when a manager was there. I said I'd rather not drive all the way back out here, can't I just leave it and we figure it out tomorrow. I called and left a message the following day, a Monday only to never receive a call back. I called back a couple of times, and was finally able to speak with someone later on Thursday. I was told my wife checked a box saying we would private pay, even though verbally we were told to put it under her name because it would be easy to switch over once I received the script. Very rude customer service on their part multiple times. #1 never putting it into my name once I sent them the script. #2 Telling me to come back the next day to return the item when I'm already there. #3 Not returning my phone call, after admitting they received the call and someone from their staff was supposed to call me. #4 Basically calling me a liar by saying they don't prorate, even though their employee told us to do it by putting it in my wifes name because it can easily be switched over. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!

2 weeks ago we had a Bruno stairlift installed by Kohll's Pharmacy Millard. The installer was Corey. He was extremely competent, professional, and helpful. He was friendly and patient with us, and even fixed our front door handle while he was here! We have now put our new stairlift to frequent use, and we love it! It is so nice to be able to go up and down the stairs without getting out of breath and eliminates the joint pain we experience when we climb stairs. We are happy we made the decision to get this. We highly recommend this company and the Bruno brand.
