Slow rude. Ordered parts 2 weeks ago. Called to check. Originally was told 10 day delivery. Now told unknown delivery date. Whats the problem. Unknown? Shopping here unknown??

Mobility Specialist, Destiny Raschke, has always gone out of her way to give me the kind of service that keeps me coming back. Her quiet, attentive manner makes the experience more like a visit to the doctor.

I ordered my supplies on a Friday around 10 am and they were on my doorstep the next day! Amazing customer service and very friendly people. I highly recommend Kohll's RX!

The staff was very unfriendly, unwelcoming and unhelpful. We were ignored until we asked for assistance and then they were rude, gave short answers, and refused to help us solve our problem. We were unaware of them not doing workman's comp scripts and they got more irritated and rude when we mentioned it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service.

Over the past 2 years I've had nothing but trouble getting medications on time. I rely on delivery because I no longer drive and have no one to pick them up for me.I have gone to Kohll's for many, many years but that really doesn't count for anything anymore. My meds are supposed to be automatically filled and delivered every 28 days. I'm lucky if I get them every 30 days - and yes, that means I often go without medication .Right now, I'm out of Trulicity. t's a once a week injection and it should have come by 2-24-2023. It's the 26th today so I have been out of medication for 4 days despite 2 calls to the pharmacy. The pharmacy was not out of Trulicity - the prescription wasn't filled or sent.I reallly don't blame the pharmacists anymore. They just sound frazzled and besieged. I believe this a store wide management problem.I have tried to contact someone to do something about it and they keep sending me back to the pharmacists and well, here I sit without my medication.I'm calling you out - MAX KOHLL . This is ridiculous, shame on you.Needless to say, after I finally get my Trulicity - I will be saying goodbye. You are not dependable anymore.

Terrible communication. There have been several times where I have requested a refill and needed authorization from insurance, but no one ever told me. Just tried to get something filled here and when I called to see if it was ready they said they didn’t get the prescription after being on hold for 20 minutes. Called my doctor and they said the prescription was accepted from them over an hour ago. So frustrating.

During a cross country trip, my husband's travel CPAP broke. I called around trying to find a replacement part for it but repeatedly got told that if he wasn't a current client, they couldn't help us. I was referred to Kohll's by someone from a Walgreen's (and kudos to them!). I called, spoke with their respiratory person and sent pictures. She had what we needed and fixed us right up! No hassle. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because it was expensive -$70 for a replacement cushion for the face mask. But we really appreciated her expertise.

This location is absolutely awful. Constantly, I'm told, "Your meds are out for delivery." But after wasting a whole day waiting, I call back, to be told, "Your meds were returned with the van." So, today, I was waiting on pain and essential sleep meds. Only to have to wait for them to be mailed. Awesome.

Another dissatisfied CPAP customer. If you need medical devices GO ELSEWHERE. I sat with a consultant for an hour, filled out a ton of paperwork and then they sent me home. They put my emergency contact's number as my primary phone number, called my emergency contact after two weeks and then gave no further contact. I was told I would get a mask refill after 30 days because they wanted to make sure the one I was given fit correctly. instead they gave my EMEGENCY CONTACT a call, and asked them if i was adjusting properly and NEVER gave me my two mask refills. I just called in because I had been told Id get a call in 30 days and they said because I hadn't picked them up in the first 30 days and THEY dropped the ball I need to wait TWO MORE MONTHS. All this because they want to be stingy about two pieces of silicone my insurance PAID FOR ALREADY. I hope it was worth it. Needless to say, after I'm done writing this review, I'm calling my insurance and telling them about this fraud and finding another covered pharmacy. It also took over a month to get the Rx processed because they "didn't get the clinical notes from the doctors office" but told neither me nor the doctors office, they just kept insisting the never received the script. Disgustingly incompetent.adding 'cpap' in lowercase too for help with search engine filtering.

If you're looking for a pharmacy that will fill order for equipment quickly, don't go to Kohll's. I had a sleep study done and needed a CPAP. I got the order for the CPAP from my physician, took it to one Kohll's location and they said they didn't have those in store. Fine, they said they'd fax the orders to the other Kohll's location for me. Cut to a week later and I still hadn't heard anything. I went into the Kohll's location that was supposed to receive the order, and they hadn't gotten anything. So they gave me a fax number. My doctor's office was a little slow (this part isn't on Kohll's), but finally got the order sent over. The Kohll's representatives that I spoke (2 of them at this point) didn't tell me that they needed the order, sleep study and chart notes. I reached out to my doctor's office to fax the order, they faxed it, and never heard back. Called Kohll's again to follow up, they tell me they need the sleep study materials. Call my doctor, have that faxed. Call back Kohll's the same day and they said they couldn't find it. Called back the next day, they say they had it, but they need the order with the sleep study and the chart notes. It's now been 2 months since I had the sleep study done and Kohll's has yet to be able to fill out the prescription. That's not even the worst part! Every single time I've called, their customer service over the phone has been atrocious! Keeping me on the phone while they researched, not telling me what they're doing and continuously telling me they need more information instead of laying it all out for me from the beginning. I will NOT be going to Kohll's pharmacy for anything I need. CVS has CPAP machines, I will contact them.

They don't answer the phone. Then when you do they take forever. A less than a minute call took 20 minutes. Don't recommend using the Kohl's on Leavenworth. Service is slow and just now let me know the fax number is outdated.
