Better off shopping online. The customer service was beyond lacking. I walked in today to buy a set of earrings I’d been eyeing online but wanted to see in person first. I wasn’t greeted when I first walked in, which was fine, but I then couldn’t find anyone to help so I could purchase the earrings I wanted. The employee at the counter ignored me entirely. The two women who walked in after me though were greeted and attended to right away. I walked out shortly after without purchasing the earrings.

My experience has always been amazing here. The ladies are always very helpful and quick to help you. The store is always so neat and clean. I have no complaints what so ever. Keep up the amazing job.

I recently had a pretty inconvenient mixup occur at this store. They helped me place an online order for some jewelry they didn’t have in stock, but accidentally ordered it in the wrong metal. However, they have been super helpful in getting the issue resolved! I really appreciate their friendly staff figuring it out for me.

I went in looking for a pair of gold hoop earrings, and I really liked their selection. I thought the price points were good, and they had a nice selection that ranged from affordable to splurge if you want to shop their fine jewelry section. I got the Audrey hoops and have been wearing the 24/7 for the last week. They are very comfortable and look great!

While the jewelry selection is definitely exquisite, the customer service unfortunately is sub par. Rude sales associates and an elitist air by staff leave an unimpressive, bad taste for a customer. One particular sales associate even had the audacity to clean right in front of a customer who potentially would have made a sale, in her attempts to push them out the door thirty minutes before close. There are far friendlier staff at other novelty jewelry shops than this location in Omaha.
