Unprofessional, unreliable, unapologetic and unhelpful. Not only did they not call to inform the initial delivery would be almost 3 hours late but Mike hung up on me today because they sent supplies that the patient is allergic to KNOWINGLY and made no effort to rectify it prior to me calling.

Horrible service. My medical supplies ship to the wrong address repeatedly. Have been using the company for over 6 months and it continues no matter how many times I have provided the right address.They ship the wrong products.It sounds like a call center in a foreign country with people not familiar with English.Getting problems solved is near impossible.
