They upgraded this place and it looks better and cleaner. But they still have trashy employees and owners. They are very nice and welcoming to most of their customers but if you’re black, particularly a younger black man I don’t recommend shopping here. They are racist and will follow you around the store with no shame. Then they’re rude when you go to pay for your items. Like patronizing their store cost them money or something. It’s a very weird vibe and has been that way since the Arab dude brought the store years ago. I questioned the cashier and he ended up telling me don’t come back in the store. I think that was their goal to begin with. Very hostile place to shop if you’re black and they don’t know you.

Be very CAUTIOUS of shopping here, they STEAL!! so they can send money 'back home'. If you are paying with food stamps make sure you watch your receipt and the amount that they are charging you! Pay Attention. Management is extremely rude and they use the language barrier as an excuse of not being able to help you or understanding your problem.
