I had the best experience today getting my oil changed. The guys were helpful and didn’t overcharge, even advised I didn’t need to rotate my tires just yet, saving me money.Also wanted to say that Paul was absolutely amazing. There was an older woman with a language barrier and used her phone to help translate, he was so patient with her and friendly and it was just really wonderful to see. Great great work!!

Chance, Nolan, and Daniel were great! Quick and easy service - did not even need to leave my car. Chance explained pricing throughly and everyone was nothing but delightful!

I give Scott at this Jiffy lube location 10/10. I will be back for every oil change. Scott did a phenomenal job. You can tell he is passionate about his work and his other employees respect him. I now won’t go anywhere else.

Updated review.I got a customer service call back and am happy to say I was treated fairly and have an outcome I'm happy with. Thank you to the leadership for making things right.Got an oil change a couple days ago and noticed oil was leaking the next day. Took it to my mechanic who deals exclusively with Toyotas and said my filter was cracked. He showed me how all the oil I just put in was leaked and sprayed all over the bottom of my car. I got stuck with a new bill to replace that and get another refill of oil as a whole.

Came in for an oil change, and was blown away by the service I received from the entire staff. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. I will only come to this location from now on.
