Jiffy Lube…guys worked on my car in sub zero temperatures today. Awful service!!!Update…after a few hours, my car overheated…the radiator cracked. The temperature that night was -20 degrees F. I was unable to get prompt roadside assistance, so, I had to let the engine cool, restart car and drive until the engine temperature increased to its max safe level. A complication to the radiator cracking was I couldn’t heat the cabin of the car…so, I was exposed to -20 for more than 90 minutes, (coldest I’ve ever been in my life) which is how long it took to get the car to my mechanic’s shop. Upon inspection, My mechanic indicated that the coolant level was low, almost gone. Driving a car in sub zero temperatures with no coolant in the radiator can certainly cause the radiator to crack.Part of Jiffy Lube’s Signature Service includes inspection of fluid levels and informing the customer of any issues. This never happened…however, the store manager indicated that his employee told me AND that “I would take care of topping it off because I had antifreeze at home.”That conversation never occurred. I was never informed of the coolant level. Why would I drive away with low coolant when I could have them fill it for me? Doesn’t even make sense.Upon picking up the car after repairs (over $1000), my mechanic shop informed me that the Jiffy Lube manager wanted my mechanic to state in writing that they are not at fault relating to the radiator cracking and consequently the repairs involved.Well, yeah, you are at fault, Jiffy Lube. Their offer was to give me $25 discount for my next oil change. Lmao…NO!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST!

I’ve always had great service at this Jiffy Lube. I’ve even stopped there and asked ?’s. The staff is always friendly and takes the time to answer them for me. Services is fast & efficient. I’m making this my go to place for oil changes.

The staff was exceptionally professional and polite. They were Very WELL Informed of the needs of my vehicle. They weren't pushy and they didn't talk down to me. They offered me options so I could make my own choice. I will definitely use this location again. Store 3321. Mike, the guy filling my oil and topping off my fluids was proficient. He asked if it was alright to open my door to get the tire psi. The manager was polite and apologized for the delay while their oil tanks were being filled and there was one car already getting serviced. The guy under my car was talking to the oil fill guy and they were working with speed and smooth as glass. I'm impressed.
