“These people are the nicest when it comes to buying any type of jewelry! I went into a couple of different jewelry stores before I came into this one and let me tell you a lot of them were pretty nasty with attitudes hahah but Greenberg's was the absolute best! I was greeted by Kathy one of the nicest souls you could probably meet and she gave us a bunch of options when I was looking for an engagement ring. Then eventually I found the one, but I wanted it customized. Then the man himself comes over Brad Sauer, this guy is funny and and tells nothing but the truth! I told him what I wanted and he was making it happen instantly. He came up with the price and how long it was going to take to customize. VERY afforadble what I was looking for rather than other places and a week later it was finished! It came back faster than he said it was going to take! I was truly impressed. I went to pick up the ring and met Nara James. Nara was a super nice lady that has some great ideas what to do with extra stones if you get any! Overall my experience with Greenberg's Jewelers blew me away. WONDERFUL people that work there, BEST prices, AMAZING service 10/10 I will be coming back because she said YES!”

“This store has beautiful jewelry featuring quality pieces. I first went into the store to re-do the prongs on my wedding ring. The person waiting on me was very cordial and took great care of my ring. I was quickly notified a few days later that prong replacement was complete. I have my eye on a couple of pieces and the pricing was reasonable. This store is actually a hidden gem. Go check it out.”

“Four Sisters is the best! My favorite boutique in Omaha! I never leave empty handed and always leave with more than what I intended to get. They always have a variety of clothing options and typically carry multiple colors in staple pieces which I love!! Their Nebraska apparel line is so good and they offer more colors than the standard red. The staff is always so nice and attentive and the owner is also a sweetheart!! Highly recommended!”
“I just had to review the great experience I had yesterday. I have some silver plated charms that my grandchildren made me. I needed someone to put it on a bracelet for me.These are inexpensive charms who's value is dear to my heart but not so much monetarily.First, I was greeted with smiles and wonderful customer service. “I wanted to propose to my significant other, but let's be real I'm in my late twenties, have never owned a piece of fine jewelry let alone any real diamonds. I didn't know where to start, my now fiancé and I went to your known retail jewelry stores and we got her sized, but I am one who will always shy away if my experience with any business is similar to a new/used car lot visit. I needed a custom piece because my fiancé was given some heirloom Diamond and we needed to get those into a new design/new ring. I'm not sure how I ended up finding the Diamond experience, but after calling a few other places ,to then reach the wonderful Lucie...I immediately knew I had found the jeweler who could help me on this journey. Lucie had great communication along the way and is a brilliant smart individual! Can't recommend enough. My only feedback to anyone considering is that you should be prepared to give Lucie some time to do her work! It's worth any wait!”

“Staff were very helpful! Even though it was busy when I went, someone made sure to ask if I'd been helped soon after I started browsing. I bought a ring that was half off and with the protection plan that included a free ring sizing and covers any needed future stone replacements it was only a little over a hundred. They have a great variety at all price ranges! I also bought an absolutely adorable stuffed animal with my ring to help support St. Jude Children's Hospital. I guess customers always have the option to include a donation with any purchase, but before the holidays they sell stuffed animals (which you can keep or donate to a toy drive in-store) and special St. Jude jewelry at a rage of prices. Special shoutout to Laura, who helped me pick out my ring, explained the protection plan option, checked me out, set up my ring sizing, and scheduled my 6 month ring inspection for my protection plan. Also to Jessica and Winter who Laura pulled in to help cheer me on when I told her it was my first big jewelry purchase for myself. All three were incredibly kind and excited for me! The only reason I took a star off was because it is clear that the store itself needs some love from the higher ups at Kay. The tan monotone color scheme of the shop plus subpar lighting is incredibly dated and washes out the jewelry in the cases, especially when compared to other stores in the mall like Zales. Plus, the technology they give their staff to work with appears buggy beyond belief, although the staff handle it with incredible grace and professionalism, constantly logging them out of the system and making them start over, dragging out the process for both staff and customers. I guess I should have expected that since the company's website has some of the worst UI/UX I've ever seen, but I sincerely hope they consider renovation and innovation to improve the store experience for both their employees and the consumers soon.”

“BEST Stationery store in Omaha! Everything in the shop is so excellently curated, and is perfect for niche/ imported stationery lovers. I am a stationery fiend so it was amazing to see a local business carrying brands like Midori, Clairefontaine, and Kaweco. If you frequent instagram for journaling/planning inspo then you will have a field day here. There are loads of products that are really difficult to find in-store. I usually shop online, but i’m so grateful that there’s an amazing local store that carries everything I want and more.

“Reading reviews on the place, figured I'd give it a shot. I walked in, never being there before, a lady greeted me and she was friendly. My main reason for dropping in was checking to see if they have/sell silver rounds. Unfortunately, she was sold out. It doesn't stop there. She came back with more better quality silver, for the same price as rounds. That was awesome, and I will definitely be back to buy more. The simple gestures goes a long way. Who knows if they took a loss on that coin, but, they made it right and a sale. Great customer service and thanks for giving me a deal! ❤️”

“I went in today to get my wedding ring resigned or so I thought. I have not worn it since adding a 10 year anniversary band over 15 years ago. It just became to much of a ring. Levent took the time to talk with me and I came to realize I was more attached to the ring than I thought. He removed the 10 year band – right there and then cleaned up my ring to look totally new. He was very reasonable with his pricing. If I do decide to get a different ring I will definitely have him design and custom make it because who wants a ring like someone else?I hope to take a class sometime soon.”
