Service is usually fine, but PLEASE fix your massive potholes on the EAST side of your building. They look horrendous.

Um... from memory someone was supposed to do this rotation of the tires themselves (makes anecdotal throat noise indicating you-know-who yet this granted me the oppurtunity) when in fact so-and-so (me) paid for it to be done in lieu of wanton aspirations. That said, I hope and pray the tip was answered prayer and got to whom it was meant to in timely fashion I am new at this so anyways the answers to Nat's prayers were fulfilled not by me but I had a hand in it, my obedience too remains mysterious even unto moi and put simply had to back track to remind myself that Nat needed four dollars and that was .20%–.25% of the total for the tire rotation mind you Nat ( whom had nothing to do ) acknowledges and went on to loftier aspiration in her prayers, simply reminded her of the initial four answers and in doing the work of the Lord, their prayers accumulate dollars notwithheld the teams, goals and the presence of grater asiago pesto presto changeo. Mwa.

Brought in my Prius to get a tire patched and they refused to patch it because my tread was too low on all 4 tires. I pulled out and got a second opinion and the second opinion said they'd patch my tire up no problem. While they agree that my tread was really low, they felt it was ridiculous that Jensen didn't patch it because it was decently far away from the wall. Yes, I do need new tires but its a light weight front wheel drive car and I could work with them about getting new ones. I talked with my father who repairs tires for a living and is 3 hours from me (I'd be going to him if I was closer) and he agreed with the second opinion. In the end, I was quoted the same prices for 4 new tires from both places, but the second place was willing to patch my tire and work with me so that's where I'll be spending my money. I strongly suggest getting a second opinion before getting work done here.

I went in for a flat tire and got my tire repaired and was out in under 20min the office was very clean and the staff was super polite i highly recommend going here every time

Needed an oil change fast. The young woman I spoke to on the phone treated me upon arrival and was out the door in under 30 minutes. Great team.
