Jensen tire was great identifying my tire problem and this location at 84th I have been going to since the 1990’s even though I live 70 miles away.

Brought my car in for a new tire and oil change. They wound up breaking off my door handle. Tried to make it seem like it must have already been that way but I brought my car in with all door handles working perfectly and now my driver side door doesn't have a freaking handle anymore. When I pointed this out I was basically told it's not their fault if they broke it off and it would be several hundred dollars to take the door apart and fix it. You guys are the ones who broke it!!!

Had a tire go flat overnight took the tire to Midas and they could not find the leak and kept it overnight and said it didn't leak. Went home and it went flat over night. Repeated with Midas. Then went to Jensen Tire and they found the nail hole and the tire was repaired and back on the car and paid for in about 20 minutes. Great job Jensen!

Was in Omaha for business and pleasure. my car would not move due to overheating sensor. They got me in and fixed and on the road within 24 hours. Great staff. kept me informed. A++++
