I went here specifically to retirn items I had bought online and to get a bra fitting, cuz I recently lost over 150 lbs so didn't know my size. However, after looking in every department they have, there was only one kid working that Saturday! Really? His line was almost out the door at checkout so had to wait forever! After waiting he said there was no one working in that department that weekend! How does this business stay open?? And then he wouldn't even give me full time for my retirn! He said I had to pay shipping again! Pay shipping twice? Hell no! I'll never go back to that store again! I'm furious!!

After going to the trouble of picking out several pieces, I found a fitting room that said, " This room closed but don't worry, other are available nearby." I looked everywhere but all were closed. I was finally told that they are not offering fitting rooms. ( other stores are and doing required cleaning.) What a waste of my time! Why not post on the entry doors that you do offer fitting rooms?

Angie did a fantastic job on my hair, was pleasant, and extremely understanding when I messed something up (it was quickly resolved). Great service. Feel free to ask another employee where it is though - they kind of hid the salon in back and it's not the easiest to find.
