I needed a KE-40 battery for my old Motorola n he sold me a cheap knock off for 38 bucks that I had to quickly have returned because it was to small to fit my cell properly I had to order the correct battery online I think I paid 12 bucks plus shipping

I chose to get my s21 ultra screen replaced here seeing all the good reviews but that was definitely not my experience. I would like to prevacid that when I brought my phone in the screen was cracked (hence why I wanted it fixed) and the display was a bit off but my phone was in WORKING condition. I was told that it would take them a couple hours and to return after. When I returned I was told that phone was spontaneously no longer working and they "have never ran into this issue before" but we're going to have their boss take a look at it and I'm told to return the next day. I come back the next day and am told by the boss that he was not able to figure out what the issue is but their soldering tech is going to have a look at it and will call me back. A couple of days later I get a call saying that the motherboard is no longer working and they try to quote me to get that fixed (them being the one that broke it) on top of the screen reapir. I had informed the tech that when I brought my phone in it was working and he told me he "wasn't aware of that as it was not written down on the ticket". I was later told that they were going to send it into their techs to another location to get that fixed but it would take a couple of weeks. I was then informed that they decided against that and were going to replace my phone (would have preferred it to be fixed seeing that all of my data was on my phone). This all happened on September 27th and it now November 6th that I am writing this. I have tried reaching out multiple times to the owner of the store and he was at first responding to me but is now ignoring my calls/texts. I have still not received a replacement a month and a half later and it honestly seems like I might have to take them to small claims court to get that replacement/ my old phone back.

The guy with the long hair behind the counter told me it was free if the repaired didn’t work. All they would do is take their screen back. They end up still charging me $100. Lame. The repair was only $140

So my fiancé has had his iPhone 12 mini for 3 years and never had a problem with his screen. It finally went out. We went through CPR for screen replacement. The day he got his phone back it was glitching, taking 100’s of pictures in his pocket it was a mess. They offered to replace it and before we could get it to be replaced he dropped it and it broke again. They did offer to replace it at a discontinued rate. So we replaced it. He has had it for less then a month I believe and he droped it from a short distance(mind you he has a screen protector on his phone) the screen broke from the inside once again. I call and they say I’d have to pay to replace it all over again. My point is here that there parts are junk and don’t waste your money take it to Apple and get the actual phones screen replaced by Apple themselves and pay the extra money for quality. Also pay for Apple care it’s better then getting 3rd party parts or whatever they call it. Oh yea my fiancé also says that his screen shrunk from the original size that covered his phone to smaller…

They had two people on staff when I went in to have my screen repaired on my primary phone, so they had it done in 1 hour.

Charlie was extremely helpful in getting my problem resolved with my headphones even if it wasnt directly related to the electronics they specialize in. With staff as kind and gracious as Charlie, I can only recommend this place for electronic repairs.

Called first. Estimated $120 to fix phone (new USB jack and battery). Seemed reasonable for a 4+ year-old phone. Took it in , counter tech carefully removed a bunch of lint from the jack and it works perfectly. $20 instead of $120! And while I waited. Guess where I'm going back to when needed. These guys are honest!

Dude these guys freaking rule ! I didn’t want to drop another load of money on a new phone so I decided to check this place out for a screen repair… they got in done so fast and were so helpful!! I felt super comfortable talking to them and would highly recommend this place over anywhere else!It’s people like them that make this world a better place ?

Scam. My phone was never quite the same after using this service. The screen would lag and freeze, and the company refused to remedy the situation properly. I would not recommend going here.

I got there pretty late in the day and was prepared to pick it up the next day, but the technician said he could do it and didn't mind staying a little late if needed. He also made sure I got the best price, which was quite a bit less than most all the other places. He also did a fantastic job on the repair! The camera cover had broken, so I had to pull out all the glass so the frame was pretty ruff but looks like new now. Great job! and Thanks!
