Great carwash but used it as a safe place this morning when the sirens went off for sever thunderstorms and hail on the area.

I really want to like this car wash as it's convenient for me. I've been a few different times and It seems to be hit or miss. Unfortunately, the last few times I've gone my car has been left with dirt and streaks, this time was no different. This was after paying $17 for the soft touch.

The same thing happened to me as Brandon. I’ve been coming here for a while and their car washes are pricey, but for the most part do a good job. I came through and paid cash and didn’t get my change. I came out to let them know and they gave me my change back, but I think they thought I was lying. When I went to get back in my car I noticed the bugs were still on my bumper, which hasn’t happened before, they always come off. So then I told them about that and they said “Oh it’s probably been a while since you washed your car and they’re baked on”. The guy then asked when the last time it was that I washed my car. I said I don’t wash it every day but I know it wasn’t yesterday and I’ve never had an issue with bugs coming off of my car through your car wash but today I did. They reluctantly sent me through another wash. That helped some. Then I also noticed the wheel wells were still caked with mud. I figured whatever, but I was kind of ticked they acted like it was all my fault. Really, you own a car wash and charge a lot, and if I am paying that much for a car wash it better do its job. You need to work on your customer service skills.

I don't have pictures, but I can tell you the $14 touchfree wash did an amazing job coming into Omaha from the east loaded with front end bugs..wait time on a Sunday was tolerable, payment process was smooth, most bug juice was removed,
(I'm not going to cry over dried out bugjuice! Nothing is perfect! Also pressure of the wash and the added 30 seconds of the drying fans (normally 30) was truly appreciated to help dry my car more throughly. The vacuums were excellent too. 👍👍👍👍👍's up

IQ is honestly the best car wash I have ever been to; the quality of their washes are amazing and the customer service is great too. Love this place and won’t go anywhere else
