From the first sales call to the final follow up to see how things were going, Invisible Fence of the Heartland has conducted them self with professionalism and care. All of the session went as described and in the time frame that they suggested. I will say that sometimes what gets lost is just how much they actually care about your dog. This is what made my experience so great. They really cared about the well fair of our puppy which really set our minds at ease. I would recommend Invisible Fence of the Heartland to any dog owner in need of their service.

We installed our invisible fence 1 month ago! They experienced trainers, trained our 3 month mini golden doodle and she caught right on with no issue! She is now safe from traffic and people out on walks can walk in peace ? great investment for our new pup! The staff were amazing from start to finish. They work with us on how to train and continue to work with them on the training. They performed three onsite training sessions and were really great to work with. The instillation was flawless as well as the training on the controller. We have used Invisible Fence in Omaha for installation of the fence/buried wire, and training for 2 dogs. They have been great and very responsive to any issues or further training needs. We are happy to have 2 dogs that happily stay in their fence boundary. We are very pleased with the customer service and product. Highly recommend.

This is our 4th dog that we have trained using Invisible Fence of the Heartland. They have been amazing every time we have used them. Their trainers have always been very knowledgeable and helpful. The process has been seamless every time. Our dogs always stay within their fence and the training process have always gone smoothly.

Our experience with Heartland Invisible Fence was great. Installation and training went smoothly and as advertised. They did a great job of tailoring the training to our dog's personality. They also followed up to make sure things were going well. We now have a very happy dog that can run outside to to his heart's content.
