Great selection of high-quality batteries and accessories. Staff is knowledgeable to answer questions I had. I wanted to get a battery charger for the two RV batteries I had bought, and though I was going to have to buy two individual chargers. They should me the dual battery charger I needed that goes down to a trickle charger to keep the batteries charged throughout winter without overcharging them.

I brought in a battery that I believed to no longer take a charge, but the gentlemen at interstate battery were able to charge it, test it and didn't charge me a dime. Thank you guys! I will absolutely come back if I ever have any battery issues.

I would give 10 stars if it were an option. Brian went out of his way to help us when our vehicle gave us trouble. Professional, kind, effective and went above the call of duty. We have used this location for multiple purchase and they are always friendly, helpful,kind and reasonable. He will always have our business and recommendation.

These guys were so polite & helpful. They replaced the battery in 2 car remotes for us.This did not take long at all to do. They will be my main battery place now. I had them change the battery in my watch as the Walmart I bought the watch at doesn't do that anymore

Sadly, I learned the hard way that Interstate Batteries (Oak View) has a very good bait & switch program!
I searched the official Interstate Batteries website for my specific battery for my Jeep. The online price was $239.95 however once I got to the store the price was nearly $50.00 more at $287.95
I tried to talk to the Manager about this dramatic difference in price but his sarcastic comment was, "I hear this everyday, I hear the same complaint from customers all the time, if you don't like it then don't buy it, we arent forcing you to buy it". He then said "The online web price is only a Suggested Retail Price and we never follow the website pricing".
What this tells me is at the very least, they know they are being deceptive, at most it is bait & switch. They know they are gouging customers, and I believe it is unethical and terrible business practice.
Unfortunately, I shut the car off when I got to the Store and since my battery was dead, I was planning to change the battery right at the store. I had to have a new battery at that point, so I reluctantly bought the battery from them but I will never do business with Interstate Batteries ever again. I am asking others to find a different battery company to do business with as this business confirmed for me that it has no interest in good customer service nor good business practice! I have reached out to Customer Service (3) different times and not one person responded back, so obviously this is their standard operating procedure.
