“Not a paid review I swear. But with their perks they have for customers , blunt, honest workers they have, i regret not using this service sooner. They didn’t try to lie and up charge me anything. With my trade in i got more than what i was expecting & they didn't even tell me.i have never been with a service provider who has so many perks. With their AA service i can NOT tell you how much they’ve helped me out ( being broke not affording insurance). Im writing this from me being stranded and being thankful for the AA they provided as my tires were slashed. They EARNED a customer for life, ill tell ya that. Most honest workers i’ve met that take pride in what they do. This sounds like a fake review but i promise, this company has helped me out so much already. Im month 2 in it, but so far everything has been hands down amazing. Will revise if changed.”
“The guy who helped me wasn’t wearing a name tag so not sure who to give credit to, but I’d been putting off the trip for weeks because I’d been dreading it. I was so pleasantly surprised! He didn’t try to upsell me anything, helped me get exactly what I asked for, and was very clear about the pricing. The store didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock, but he easily ordered it online for me, to be shipped to my house. I had a great, easy experience and will definitely come back to this store specifically whenever I need anything!”

Helped me switch over to a business plan despite the ongoing issues with the customer support line, and kept us entertained by being funny and personable the whole afternoon. I specifically asked for his card to return doing his shift so he can help me further set up my phone and watch upon delivery.”

For what it's worth, I live west of 120th and I've never had a service disruption (excluding power outages).
I swapped to metronet fiber as it rolled out and had more headaches than value. Threw in the towel with metronet and went back to Cox Internet service. Got a great deal for what I needed.”

“I don't like the way it's done, but it's fair. I sat for maybe 15 mins before I was assisted and just needed to pay my bill. I prefer online pay, but as I needed to pay and it was on my way home I didn't complain. The staff are friendly and bilingual and it helps for those who don't speak English and for those that don't speak Spanish either great customer service and very knowledgeable”

“I had quite a bit of questions, and the associate answered each one. I even paid off two of my phones and the associate helped me get my new phone full coverage, especially since my phone took a hard hit a few days earlier! I liked that he sent me email confirmations for my payments and phone insurance coverage! I liked talking to the associate over the phone actually, whenever I go to the store it’s always full no matter what time I go! So thanks again!”
“Not very usual, but I got quick service. They listened to my concerns and attempted to troubleshoot with me. The manager also came over to help try and troubleshoot my problems, and I was very appreciative of the time that they took to spend and talk to a customer because I have seen it to where they don’t care at all they get people in and out.”
“Had to come in here to migrate activate an esim phone.Absolutely horrible process.The only bright spot was the solo employee, Kahli, who let me use his phone for the full FORTY minute call it took to get the line transferred to the new phone.10/10 employee, 1/10 activation process.”
