Only thing I can say is that we did good job on my the bodywork. But overall These say it will only be in the shop for 2 to3 weeks. I drop off before we went on vacation on July 19. Came back on the July 29 the car was still sitting in the shop nothing have been done to it. They say they are still waiting for the insurance to call. So I picked it up and returned the rental to save money. I returned my by on Aug 6 to get it done. They it by done in 2 weeks it was not. They them say it.was getting prepped for painting. I dove by the next day it was setting out back with no hood on it for 2 day. That September 4 then day it be done by September 3 it was not. They kept giving me the runaround. It was finally done on September 9 at 4:50 right before than close. Wild this was going on for over 8 weeks we ran up a $900.00 rental bill out on by Pocket. That’s not counting what the insurance pays,

There was a hailstorm two weeks ago, called Allstate and they recommended me here. Crash Champions said it will be done by Friday. So I rented a car from Avis n rented it till Friday. On Friday they said is not ready will be ready by Monday. I extended the car rental for Tuesday morning. It was not done by Tuesday, they said they promise it will be done by Wednesday. I told them, how do you want me to do this. Do I take the rental car to Avis n I take an Uber there, or can someone pick me up after I drop off the rental. They said "No, bring the car rental here n we will handle everything " hours later Avis called looking for their car. Crash Champions said, they change their minds, they won't deliver the car anymore. Oh n come back tomorrow bc we are close". I had to go back to Crash Champions n take the rental myself back to Avis, get an Uber for 5 dollars n drive to work. Avis charged me 150 for a late fee. Don't go to Crash Champions, they work slow, they don't care, and they go on their promise. Can't belive they didn't deliver the car, I even offered to do it before they said "don't worry, we got it" i cant belive they cant afford a 5 dollar Uber. Liars

No seriously just go here for your repairs!Wife and I were so anxious going in but the initial estimate process alone put us at ease. I genuinely felt like we were in good hands right off the bat. The facility was immaculate, well lit, and very welcoming. The lady at the front desk is professional, personable, and funny as heck. The man that did the inspection was courteous, quick, and professional as well. They really know their stuff, which definitely made us feel better about the whole ordeal. We were surprised at how little time we had to spend in the waiting area. They said it may take 3 weeks but they finished in about 1 week!Despite the fact that we had to put the repairs off for about a week or so to find a car we could borrow from a friend (rental prices are absolutely insane) they really did understand and didn't shame us at all for our situation. There was no hassle or delay getting in once we were able to drop the vehicle off. They replaced the entire back end, repainted the entire car, and detailed the inside and outside beautifully. This car looks better than when we bought it and we couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. I've never had such a positive and hassle free experience with a vehicle related business in my life and I'm so grateful! I seriously wish I could go to them for basic maintenance.I hope to never have another accident but if so, we will be going straight to Crash Champs off center street! We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know!!You guys seriously rock! ?

I was in an accident in late January and chose Crash Champions as the repair shop for my estimate. They have a call center out of Chicago that is supposed to arrange for a tow. It never showed up. I had to call a local towing company and set it up myself. Two weeks went by with no update as to the status of my vehicle. Their customer portal said my vehicle was still in the status of “drop off”. Finally on Monday of week 3, I called to get a status update. I was told the estimated repairs were approximately $9k. It took several back and forth calls between me, Crash Champions, and my insurance company before the go-ahead was given to order parts. Or so I was told… I called a week later for a status update. Will told me that my vehicle was about to be painted and would be ready be Friday. This seemed highly unlikely to me, given that the online customer portal still had my vehicle status on drop off mode. Friday came and went with no status update from Crash Champions. The following week I called to see if there was a status update. They have now had my vehicle for just shy of a month. Now I was told that my vehicle had been determined to be a total loss by my insurance company. After talking with my insurance company, I learned that Crash Champions had given a revised estimate that they never communicated to me. Fast-forward a few days and I went to collect my things out of my vehicle and to get my license plates. I showed up at Crash Champions and there were three guys sitting at desks with no other customers around. The man who “helped” me couldn’t be bothered to take me to my vehicle and asked me if I brought my own screw driver. Really? I have to bring my own screw driver to a body shop full of tools? It’s a good thing I did. They couldn’t even take my license plates off for me and when I went back there to do it myself, one was missing. Took the guy 15 minutes to find it. I will never use this business again, or recommend them to anyone. They lied to me about the status of my vehicle more than once, their towing service was a joke, and their communication/updates sucked.

Tire came off of a semi ! Struck my car going down Dodge Street. My insurance recommended Crash champions! I would never recommend crash champions collision. Car was not picked up for several days, I chose a location next to my house so I could check on the progress. (4 months). They begged me to have them take it to a location in Elkhorn ! No communication through the whole process , until I went to pick it up! Did not fix my car up to satisfactory before tire impact! I paid $1700 to fix a spot in the back that was caused from the tire that "they told the insurance company they weren't sure if it was caused from the accident"... The insurance company was going by what they said, as they were stationed in South Carolina! Long story short, Crash champions did not back their Client "me". Do not trust this company!

Crash champions went above and beyond in fixing my car after someone backed into me. They explained the process very clearly, worked directly with my insurance company so I didn't have to, were accurate with the estimate, completed in less time than thought, AND cleaned/detailed the inside of my car. Wow...very unexpected, but very appreciated. Hope to not have to come back, but if needed, this is the place I will return to.
