Probably one of the worst experiences with a body shop. They promise to keep you informed the entire process and never called or texted till it was completed. Didn’t get approval from our insurance for the extra work needed until the work was done. Took for ever to get in and complete the work and then wanted payment the same day even though our insurance hadn’t approved the extra work. We will never use this company again and don’t recommend you do either!

I was seen right away for the estimate. They were thorough on the inspection and the work was prestine. I got updates everyday. Parts can take a couple of days. Great service.

Terrible experience zero stars, Went to pick up my vehicle immediately noticed damage not repaired. Were they had parked the vehicle there was grass clippings and fine dust all over the vehicle .So I was unable to inspect properly. The interior smelled of solvent. they are preferred vendor from my insurance company, obviously they cut corners because of that. I would highly not recommend the Elkhorn Crash Champions .

The communication has not been the best. I’ve yet to see the quality of service but my expectations aren’t high after the lack of communication.- I dropped my car off on the agreed upon date that they expected the parts to be at the shop. If the parts weren’t there yet they had agreed to let me know in advance so that I could drop it off when they arrived. When I dropped the car off the employee was confused why I dropped it off when the parts weren’t there yet.- I’ve had to initiate all of the conversations about the status of my car. There was additional damage that needed repair after the initial estimate. When I called them to check in on the status that’s when I was informed there was more damage that they repaired.- I called on a Wednesday and was told they were getting my car into paint and that the chances were good I could expect my car by the end of the week. When I called on Friday the car hadn’t been through paint and I should expect it next week.

From the first phone call for an estimate to the time I picked up my vehicle the service was top notch. There was an open line of communication through the entire process and the entire repair was painless. I was absolutely blown away when, after picking up my vehicle, the interior was also vacuumed and the exterior washed. Although it's never ideal to be in need of a collision repair center, it's nice to have one in the neighborhood that does such an excellent job.Services: Tires

i’ve been very understanding about everything. i’ve had to return my car two separate times after getting in for a short period of time. they tried to ignore the rim damage and internal wheel damage. they’ve had my car for two weeks all over a “bearing” that they can’t figure out. i called today and they “don’t know when it’s going to be done.” that’s why i’m writing this. wouldnt recommend at all. my car had very minor damage and they zip tied the plastics together instead of replacing. they put my new rim after getting called out for it on the complete wrong side of the car. cutting corners. all over an accident that wasn’t even my fault.Service: Body & Trim

Even though we didn’t end up needing work done on the car that was towed there everyone we interacted with was very nice and extremely friendly. They helped move the process along with insurance going above and beyond to help.
