Do not use this company they will steal items from you and you wont even know it until you have unpacked your boxes. Then admit they have them but wont return them or a phone call.

The only reason this business gets one star is because I had to rate it to get my review posted. My daughter set up a move date with Jason several weeks ago - Facebook message, subsequent phone call. Three business days before she followed up with phone calls to confirm the move date. All her calls went to voice mail. I called and left a voicemail. No communication from Innerlight. Today Innerlight is a NO SHOW. We're stuck renting a Uhaul truck, and helping our daughter move. I understand life happens, and I hope something catastrophic didn't happen to Justin and his crew. But, my recommendation is to have a back up plan if your Plan A is Innerlight Moving and Relocation Services

I had to rate this business to post my review. Sadly, I have to give it one star. I would prefer no stars, but Yelp doesn't give me that option. I flew into Omaha to clean out my brothers apartment. I contacted Innerlight to help with the move. Since I had no idea what the state of the place would be, I met Justin (innerlight's owner) at the apartment to assess the situation. We discovered a disgusting mess worthy of a crossover episode of HOARDERS and INTERVENTION. Clearly the one truck and two movers I booked with Innerlight were not going to be enough for the Herculean task ahead of us. Justin said he would make some calls, hire more people, provide another truck. He assured me and reassured me that everything was going to be fine and promised to call me back in one hour. Never heard back from him for 2 days. Left many messages. All ignored. At least I didn't pay a deposit.

Justin & Clint moved my stuff to a storage unit today & it was fairly stress free for me...they called ahead to let me know they were on the way, showed up on time & worked like a crew of ten guys? love these guys now & will hire them to pack a pod for long distance moving next spring.

We called and talked to Justin and we were impressed with him right off the start. His team showed up on time well equipt and ready to work. They padded wrapped or furniture and made us feel at ease on nothing getting damaged. We recommend them if your looking for a mover.
