Amazing customer service, detail oriented, made sure I understood what was happening with my return every step of the way. I don’t know if anyone else would have provided the level of professionalism and effort that was needed for my large return. Very knowledgeable and hospitable staff, they offered me coffee (which was delicious!) while they prepared my taxes, and had me out within 30 minutes!

User beware! Spent hours and multiple visits for taxes to still be done wrong. Ended up paying more and was told the “tax advisor†was good and I was wrong. Stay away.

I had a fantastic overall experience here. I've gone to other tax preparers in the area before, and none of them had as much knowledge or experience as the staff here. Some places close by may have been a little cheaper, but it ended up costing more in fines and penalties to fix the mistakes made by other prepares in Omaha. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
