I had something stuck in my charging port on my iPhone. It took them 5 seconds to use tweezers and pull the debris out of the charging port so that I could charge/sync my iPhone again. Best of all it was free of charge and didn’t cost me a dime.
Fantastic place for minor or major iPhone issues/repairs. Outstanding communication, open, honest, and a fast reliable repair service for the Omaha community and greater area.

Had a smart watch that wasn't working. Took it there and they quickly told me it was unrepairable. Wasn't happy with the result, but at least they quickly let me know about it.

After havens my iPhone screen replacements here, my phone get hot even if i don’t use it , come back to fix the issue but they said they can’t do anything. I ask for a full refund so I can bring it to Apple to fix it. They did give me a full refunded ,put back my broken screen and tell me don’t come back. After having the staff at Apple Store do some testing. I realized my phone completely dead. It was working fine when I bring it to iFix to do the screen repair . Now I have to buy a new phone instead. Don’t come here.

I had a bunch of gunk stuck in my charging port, and I brought it to this store and explained the problem. They were able to get it all cleaned out and fixed the problem. They didn’t even charge me! I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Both people that helped me were very kind and seemed very knowledgeable. Awesome!
