It is one of the better locations for Hy-Vee in Omaha. They are usually busier and definitely a little bit more expensive than other grocery stores of larger department stores.
Always clean, and recently updates in a few areas like their front end for cashiering. Great selection of local products as well from all around, which is definitely a plus over the larger stores.
But again, definitely a tad pricier than other grocery stores.

12pk of beer, $8.99
12pk of sugar free pop, $12.99
Total rip off... Ask any bar around and you'll find the bar will charge you for the booze but give you the flavored water for free.

There are lots of options for food and groceries. Sometimes, you can find fruit infrequently found elsewhere, specialty drinks,custom candy bags, healthy foods, fresh produce, a deli, and a decent price.

Recently in Omaha for a family vacation. Wanted to grill out at our Airbnb. Got steaks at the meat counter, asked for 8 steaks and when git home only recieved 4.
Had to make the trip back. Talked to the same meat counter clerk and explained only got 4 and not the 8. Clerk did not apologize or anything. Didn’t offer to assist in anyway other than give me another 4 to pay for. So paid for 12 $8.00 steaks and got to enjoy 8. Surely was not a friendly smile in every isle.

As we passed through to fuel up on our rode trip, I ran in for a warm breakfast sandwich. The one I chose, looked good with bacon, egg, cheese, and on French toast bread but was a bit pricey. I got it anyhow and to my disappointment, when I started eating it 5 minutes later when we were back on the interstate, I realized it was cold and old...not great but I hate to waste food so I ate it anyhow. Needless to say I was very disappointed and I won't buy again from hyvee warm sandwiches. Pricey and cold!

This store has lost my business for good! The security guard followed me outside to my car asking me for a receipt, I advised him I work for instacart (delivering groceries) I can't give you a receipt. I showed him my customers information on my phone. Then the assistant store Mgr. Jeff shows up, asking me again to show him my receipt. I advised him as well, I work for instacart and I don't have a receipt. I showed him the customers name and I showed him the items that I shopped for, he didn't believe. I advised the assistant mgr. Jeff that everytime I shop here, his security guard is watching me. A couple months ago I contacted corporate officer on him and nothing was done about it. I ended up calling the cops today. I'm sick of the harassment. This store is such a joke, customer service here is non-existence, while shopping here, you can never have a peaceful shopping experience. The constant paging overhead is non-stop.

The car wash they sell at the pumps is 10 mins away. There is no indication anywhere on the pump or the receipt that the car wash is not at this location.
