I went into Hy-vee 90th and Center at 7:40am 8/20/25 looking for a certain cupcake flower bouquet, well it was sold out and I was a little upset because this flower arrangement was for a coworker on her last day! The manager (should have got his name) came to help me and said the florist would be in at 8am but that was not gonna work for me because I had to be at work at 8am so I decided to buy a rose bouquet and for my troubles the manager threw in the vase at no cost, he was very nice and was going to arrange the roses in the vase when the florist arrived so the florist (again didn’t get her name) made a beautiful arrangement for me, in the meantime while I waited I picked up some Starbucks, so good! In the end it was 7:55 when I left and I made it to work on time! The best experience and customer service and it was all perfect!

Prices are high, a close location for me, cheaper RX, good hot case and eat in for breakfast. Lunch and dinner.

This is not the Hy-Vee I usually shop at but was in the area and decided to pick up a few things. It's not as big as the others but still well organized. The workers are all very friendly and more than happy to help you find your items. I enjoyed shopping there!

First time visiting a Hy-vee grocery store. My experience was nothing short of a blessing. I believe his name was Michael, the bakery manager. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. He was such a big help and saved our day.
Coming from Florida, Publix is definitely neck and neck. The cupcakes at Hyvee were so good and they had so many pre-made meals from seasoned Brussel sprouts to bacon wrapped asparagus. Such a great hack for any shopper that is looking for dinner.
The staff were all friendly and the store was clean. I just wish it was brighter and had more of light airy feel. The weather was cloudy outside and the store matched the feel. It felt like a walking in a warehouse vs a local friendly market.
