Inept Management. I do not recommend this Hy-Vee in any way, shape or form. The store gets an F in how it treats third party contractors, and has earned an ex-customer!

How about you actually stay open with the stores hours so people can actually get everything they need at the same time. Closing at 8 on a weeknight is stupid and you should be open till at least 10 if not 11. Also stop having an attitude when people call to ask a question about a prescription or when you’re in line and you get eye rolls when you’re waiting.

I just moved here and everyone is really nice.. no bad experience from anywhere. Until I went to the Starbucks in here. The woman with the curly hair is the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. She did not speak at all. I walked up speak .. no response back and then continues to stand there and put up stuff not asking me am I ready don't know what I want. Absolutely nothing! Then proceeds to make me the worst drink I've ever had in my life. She needs to go home. Or maybe find a new job cause clearly she doesn't like hers.

Don’t use this pharmacy. I moved some prescriptions here from Walgreens to save money. Unfortunately it was not cheaper, and the experience is awful. Everyone seems grumpy and ready to argue with you. I gave it six months and every interaction there sucked. Going back to Walgreens.

Noah is awesome! We came in looking for Lemonade Prime for our teenage sons, he checked the back and made us very happy! Our sons did the dance of joy which is very rare in these teenage years! Thanks Noah for helping us earn some cool Mom points!

Good location, easy to find and big parking lot. Very clean and well stocked. Staff was very polite and helpful. Excellent floral and balloon selection. Competitive pricing.

I don't like hyvee. It's not my go to store and every time I come to one I remember why I don't like Hy-Vee. Not so many helpful smiles in aisles and the places they need more help like Cs and post office is grossly understaffed. If you need lottery, mail, or any assistance, try another store (that is likely more affordable)

Had a grocery order I waited for 35 minutes for, with no employees to be seen. When they finally asked my order number & name, they said they were still shopping for all the orders for the hour that were all supposed to have been ready. Calls to the store management went unanswered, and I didn't receive so much as an apology! HORRIBLY RUN SYSTEM, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This would NEVER have happened at Walmart Grocery. Never shopping this store again.

So today I watched 2 male managers at 156 and Maple in Omaha violate a young mans 1st amendment rights. He in the paking lot collecting signatures on petitions, which are protected under the 1st amendment, and they made him leave claiming he was loitering. Shame on you Hy-Vee.

I dropped off a written prescription to be filled in the morning and told them I would be back to pick it up after I got off of work in the evening. They said no problem it would be ready…however I came through the drive through a few minutes before closing and they told me I would have to pick it up in the next day that it wasn’t available. I told them I was going out of town and I asked if they had the pills to fill it and they told me yes but they are closed and they wouldn’t fill it until morning. It was literally 8:00pm and I had been in the line and was at the window before 8. She was rude and not helpful at all! I’ll never go back!!

On 5/29/22 the pharmacy was closing at 6pm. I pulled into the drive thru at a quarter of 6. I truly thought it was probably a long shot that I’d get my prescriptions that were just sent over from Teladoc. Ashley from this pharmacy did me a HUGE courtesy and I was pulling out of HyVee by 5 after 6 with my meds. I am very appreciative so I can get to feeling better a whole day sooner! Thanks Ashley!!!

Had a script filled and tech used an acct that was not ours and charged us cash for the script instead of using our ins. Brought it to her attention and she refused to rerun the receipt. Later talked to Caleb and he would refund money but said people are new and could not help us so this does not happen again. I asked for manager, Ashley, but she was not in. No help from anyone. Please double check your receipt that they are using the correct account and ins. Meds are high enough without the tech not processing your order correctly.

Today I was having issues with checking out, as I was using Apple Pay and my phone died. I went to an employee near me, Jocob, for help, and he heard me out and was very patient as I explained I didn't want to come back for it at a later date. He went to the manager (nose piercing.. I don't remember his name), who was also very nice, and let me run to my car to charge my phone. Furthermore, everyone I asked for help with where things were was very kind to me. Great experience, amazing customer service.
