Absolutely awful to deal with. On a monthly basis they screw up refills. Prescriptions not ready when they say they’re ready, refilled at a different hy-vee. Staff offers no solutions just vague “I don’t care” responses. Costco couldn’t have have moving them easier.

We used another major chain to fill prescriptions for over a decade, but I don’t think we will ever look back after switching to Hy-Vee. If I had known how much better things could be, I would have saved a lot of stress and tears and switched much earlier. The process is seamless, prescriptions are filled quickly, and there is no drama. I can tell everyone I interact with takes their job seriously without sacrificing kindness. Pharmacists (and their staff) have a lot to be stressed about with medication shortages and a busy flu/RSV/Covid season, but no one at this location has ever put that stress on me. Communication is timely, direct, and efficient. I don’t know what kind of alchemy is at play here, but I have a feeling it is a combination of competence and a positive working environment. Thank you for all that you do! Please don’t ever change!

I'm so impressed with Hy-Vee. For the first few months of the pandemic they delivered free to people over 60. I now use Aisles on Line and the people working in that area are fantastic. Very customer service oriented and they bend over backwards to help you. I also drive up to pick up groceries and there is a super nice kid named Tyler who often brings them out. The customer service is A+.

Love this Hy-vee but the ONLY reason they are getting 3 stars is the self checkout lines and no 12 items or less line. If I have 2 items or 100 items I want to be checked out not do it myself. I go to Hy-Vee for the service and pay extra for that service. I don't go there so I can work for free, if I wanted to do that I'd go to Walmart up the street and pay less.

Just want to write a review for anyone that's not in the area. so they know for a place to get groceries, medicine, essential every day things. I thought this was an asian store hence the name. but it's like a Ralphs or Albertsons. Their prices for steak was pretty cheap! New York steak $4 for 8oz. I saw pepperoni for $2 to make some charcuterie board. cheaper than California I think.

I was getting my tires fixed next door at discount tire so I walked to hy vee to pass the time. I ended up getting more than anticipated. I forgot my fuel saver card was on my key chain with my car down the street. I wish I got the lady's name that helped me because she was so nice. She helped me with the fuel saver card so I got the right prices and she offered to let me leave my grocery cart there in the store until my car was done so I didn't have to walk back carrying everything. Very nice of her to do that.

Hy-Vee pharmacy has very efficient people, after a few times you've been there they know you and all you need to do is give your birth date to them. if it looks like you're running out of your medication, they will give you a call and ask you if they want to send a notice to your doctor ,so you won't be left without your prescriptions when you need them. Been with them for years and I've never had mistakes from them.

This is a review about the deli food. I'm not impressed every time I go to deli at any Hyvee location there's always hot food that looks like its been sitting there for hours looking disgusting and dry and old. And not only that i seen them when they come out with a new pan of food instead of taking out old pan of food thats been sitting there for hours looking disgusting they just dump out new batch right on top the old and mix it all up together when the old should be pulled and dumped in trash that's why people get sick cause they don't care. Unreal if you get sick after eating Hyvee deli food at any of their locations that's probly why.

Terrible customer service, no express lanes, staffed by teenagers who don't know anything. The managers tend to group together in groups of 3-4 ignoring everything. Horrible location

This HyVee is not my regular store, but it is a go-to when I am in the area and have a need. When Dad was in the nearby Methodist Hospital, I came here for flowers for him and some snacks for those of us sitting by his bed for many long hours. And I'm back again for something needed as we're headed elsewhere. It's easy to get here off Dodge, and the selection and layout are familiar and ample. The staff is mostly friendly, the same as I've come to expect from any HyVee. Just a word of caution, though: the neighborhood is fine during the day, but as a single, small female, I do not feel comfortably safe at night.

The Peony Park Hy-Vee has gotten rid of all its express lanes. Now it's either a long line for a full-service checker, or self-checkout. I can see why they did it, because they only need one attendant for four self-service terminals versus four checkers for four express lanes. It's negative for the customer, though. I needed the attendant three separate times on my last trip to self service. First, you can't input your telephone number to get fuel saver savings like you can at Baker's. Instead you need the physical card, which I don't carry, or the attendant has to enter it. Two other minor incidents also required waiting for attendant help. Hy-Vee is not cheap and part of the appeal is its customer service. No express lanes removes that saving grace.
