After my florist sold there family business, I went to this one. I specifically stated how I wanted the arrangement but upon it's delivery it was comply divergent from what I express in words and exhibited by a photo. Upon delivery it was just a mixed arrangement missing the background of the purpose....very disappointing to say the least. The heritage significance was lost as it just looked like a bunch of flowers put together. Perhaps one should look toward a family own florist rather than a corporate one...I know when I place my next order, it will not be here.

This Hy-Vee is right by my apartment. It almost always has exactly what I want. I think Oasis hummus is the one thing they don't carry. They have a post office. It has convenient hours. The staff are friendly and helpful. They're clean. It's easy to find things. They used to have dry-cleaning. The only drawback is they tend to be busier / more crowded and it seems more difficult to get out of the parking lot with traffic but you figure it out and get used to it.

I do not live in Omaha, but called to place an order for delivery to a friend that lives there. ROBIN in the bakery department went above and beyond while assisting me with this delivery and gave me a lot of great options. She checked every detail of my order and had some great suggestions! Thank you so much, Robin! You delivered 5-star service--someone give her a raise!!

I am a wounded vet that has a personal mobility device that allows me to shop without pain. I use this two wheeled self-balancing device everywhere including the zoo, Costco, Bakers, Wal-Mart, on military bases etc. The manager of this store told me that I am not allowed to use my personal mobility device at her store. She refused to say why and became upset when I pressed the issue. She told me that I must use the carts they provide, which I do not like and am unfamiliar with. I was treated like they did not want my business. When I asked to speak to someone above her, she said there was no one above her. The manager even went as far as to say that I must give them a letter from my doctor stating that I cannot shop without the device which is not the case. I am mobile, it just hurts for me to walk. Wanting everything your way is one thing, but denying a wounded vet his mobility device that he is familiar with and uses everywhere is unprofessional and unacceptable.

This is the second time in 2 weeks I have had to walk out after going in for the salad bar. The lettuce is pretty much inedible. And this is at busy lunch time. It's like they put the expired lettuce from their lettuce bags in the salad bar. Which is probably exactly what they do but at $10 for a small salad you should not be getting expired lettuce. Needless to say I'm not wasting my time to come here for lunch anymore. To bad cause I came here like 2-3 times a week for a salad.

First time trying out the Market Grille @ Hyvee. The food is not what you think you are going to receive. I ordered the Bruschetta which came with out the basil that the menu states. After telling our server, he came back with our appetizer and said the kitchen got shorted on Basil. Which was not true because i had just purchased some during my shopping trip 20 mins prior. I then told him i had just purchased some and he went out there and grabbed on leaf to spread on the app. For my entree i ordered the $14.oo Pad Thai Thinking this will be very good being its all made in house fresh. What i revived was weird. It was bland missing ingredients and honestly looked and tasted horrible. I would of rather went to P.F changs to order this for $13.00 knowing how good it is every time. The other person i was with ordered a filet med-rare this came out looking like dog food and with the fat cap still attached to make it appear larger. Her salad she had ordered to come out prior and this came out with the meal. The cooks and service staff and assistant manager were in the back area laughing so loud...us not knowing if it was because of our complaints but either way it was very rude. This experience was one of the worst i have ever experienced. After working a 14 hour day and needing a few groceries i thought it would be a good idea to try the Market Grille and was like well this is convenient and being exhausted thought it would be a god idea to try this out. I was completely dis serviced and dissatisfied. The manager made a comment ill give you the employee discount of 10% he could of just kept his $2.00 that actually made me feel belittled to be honest.

Great people, great service. True to their word helpful smile in every aisle. I don't go anywhere else!

Helped me stay on my diet. I got so frustrated with the slow, poor service I walked away without buying anything! No more "smiles in the aisles" here.

I ordered the Eggs Benedict with a coupon, so it was only $5! I split the order with my husband so it was one egg instead of two. The egg was poached perfectly and the hollandaise was pretty decent for the price. I didn't get to the hash browns because I was full, but they looked good and I could see they were hot when the plate came out.

I do not do my shopping here much but I do pick up dinner quite often. The Chinese food is still some of the best you can get in Omaha. When they have burnt ends, I'm in heaven. I would suggest you look for coupons or the specials. Tonight I got the eight piece chicken bucket (spicy). Used a coupon for $7.99. More than enough for two meals. Servers are very friendly and I have never had anything but hot, good food.
