Manager rudely asked to see my receipt after my purchase. I must have looked suspicious. He didn’t say anything. Just walked away. A helpful smile in every aisle.

Another incompetent pharmacy. They'll cancel the prescription in under 24 hours after making arbitrary decisions for you with regards to insurance. Then when things finally get corrected they want to make you wait 2 more hours to get your meds. If you want your medicine and you need it today don't send it to this pharmacy they're going to mess it up and you're not going to be able to get your medicine. It's been well over 24 hrs since this should have been filled.

I do not know how, in general, HyVee competes with other grocery stores. The prices are so much higher than the same thing at other grocers. For example, last week I purchased two Dole Salad Kits and they were a full dollar MORE than the exact same kits at Baker's! The only reason I went to HyVee that evening was time constraints. That HyVee is a lot closer to my house than Baker's. In fact, when my husband and I first started dating in 2004, he shopped at HyVee all the time. I shopped at Baker's because, even back then, HyVee was more expensive. He didn't believe me so one week we shopped at both stores and purchased the exact items. HyVee was about $30 more than Baker's. Any time I've had to go to HyVee since then, it's been the same. The "helpful smile in every aisle" certainly doesn't pay for groceries that are over priced.

The guy named Bryce is always courteous, patient, and friendly. The rest of the staff are friendly as well, but not like him. Even if there’s a long line, I don’t mind waiting because of the service.

Was a loyal & frequent customer using Hy-Vee's plus membership for their grocery delivery service. They ruined their aisles online delivery service by turning it over to Instacart shoppers. My Instacart shopper didn't deliver items in my order and failed to include requested substituted items. I cancelled my plus membership. Wouldn't recommend them for delivery service. They're no longer a helpful smile in every aisle.

I have been going through Hyvee for years, and the young man at the drive through is ALWAYS AMAZING! His name is Bryce and he is very good, never upset, rude or frustrated, but ALWAYS smiling, knows me by name and is so very kind . No matter how busy the pharmacy drive through is he is truly wonderful. Quite refreshing to have a young man so dedicated, helpful, understanding, and kind with a truly amazing memory! I cannot say enough good things about Bryce except that he is Wonderful!

98% of the pharmacy employees are absolutely rude and snotty! They act totally annoyed when you call there for help !!! We used kubats for 35+ years and that place was awful as of the last 5, but wow hyvee definitely takes the lead on snide , rude, and totally unpleasant service.

Significantly higher prices for the exact same items available at the local Family Fare and Kroger stores. Availability of items is terrible, even items in their current ads are out of stock. But they got you into the store, didn't they? An extremely poor choice for a grocery store when considering price and availability.

"Lack of communication, Very,very POOR management just to top-it off. I was a (APM) Asst Plant Mgr of overnights there. the first 4mths work'in there was "Alright", not knowing that i would dearly REGRET applying for the Co. 5mnths into work'in there, other employees who gotten hired along with me, jus started quit'in, leaving ONLY me there to clean(Custodian). As mnths past, i'll find myslef work'in alone, with no help on countless nights 8pm-4am(3rd Shift) blind to the fact of the reasons Why??, It is that they don't care about the eployees, or their health. My first yr there. went up for the yearly review & gotton promoted to (APM).Employee,Lead,APM, PM (Plant Mgr) the highest it is there. my work ethics speakes for itself. into my yr & a half, with them not able to keep or hire others, they decided to cut 3rd shift, only having 1st & 2nd. I told (HR dept) before they even hired me, that both 1st & 2nd i couldn't work due to only having 1reliable car, which is my wife's. i have a truck with 24inch rims on that needed to be fixed in order for me 2 even try to work the 2nd shift. so, i got my rim fixed to keep my job, which didn't last long, i needed a new rim. So as weeks go by im asking & telling them solutions to work out for us both, i even mention" Floating Hours" dosn't matter the time you clock in, jus as long as tha tasks getting done....it went thru 1ear & out the other. as mths of doing all the work countless nights, i went from weighing 155pounds to 132. along with daily headaches & stress of the job & operations What? was the response from them for me taking a few days off (3), worried about my rapid weight lost.."YOUR FIRED"!! they continue to operate on any givien day without cleaning supply's for the equipment, thats needed." O", would difintely SHUT IT DOWN. employees half clean the work bakery to get off early, jus plain sadd as a business. Aaron Jeffery

I would give 0 stars if possible. From my understanding, Hy Vee guarantees excellent customer service, but somehow, the pharmacy department must’ve missed the memo. The pharmacist here DO NOT care about the customers at all. They simply like to play the “waiting game” and then get frustrated at the customers instead. I have been waiting on a prescription for days. I've called the pharmacy twice, and the only answer given by the male pharmacist was, “Yeah, I don't know; we're waiting on approval.” At this point, I went in to get an answer and was told a similar response “I don't know what's going on. I would contact your doctor or insurance.” I reached out to my doctor to find out that the approval went through, and Hy Vee just couldn't figure it out, or they chose not to. When I questioned them on the holdup, the male pharmacist got angry at me and complained they were understaffed. I understand that they're busy, but all I wanted was a clear answer and communication to figure out why this issue occurred since I need this medication daily. I've had a similar problem happen at Walgreens, but they handled the matter in one day, and I received my prescription the next day. It's not hard to care about the customers, and this pharmacy lets the ball drop since it's not their problem. I will never forget getting told, “hey, I don't know what to tell you; I have five pharmacists filling 700 prescriptions.” The trouble and frustration of simply refilling a prescription is not worth it.I will never come back to refill any medications here. And if you have prescriptions you NEED on time, I recommend going elsewhere, or you could get lost within the other 700 prescriptions getting refilled here.

I have a problem with Hy Vee 8809 w center R I purchased a western union on January 11 and the lady make a mistake with one digit number and she can't fix it and she told me come back after one hour. I will fix it for you and I did come back and she can't fix it. She have some issue with the system and she want to change the problem to me to fix it and I ask her for the manager to try to help with the system or figure it out some thing, and she refuse, and a loud speakers almost half of the store help me I need a manager, but nobody cares at the time So I prefer my self to call the manager by the phone And I call the corporate office and I submit a claim and tell today no one care And I lost my money and I want to leave that store even the pharmacy I don't want them any mor Five years ago am daily customer If any one need more information this is my # 408-694-2272

Just tried to check on a prescription as to weather it was on for a delivery today and the person woman that answered didn't get any information and only said she would put it on for a delivery tomorrow. How does she know who exactly if she isn't taking information from him to find out. She could have checked and saw it was actually on the truck for delivery today.The next called looked it up and confirmed it for Gene.Thank you for doing it right the 2nd time.To the 1st gal. Maybe if you handled calls properly the 1st time people wouldn't have to call a 2nd time and take up so much of your time.
