Nicely laid out, friendly staff. Usually they can find items for me when I cannot. Also features a post office, which saves me a trip to the official one, and I can do postal business on weekends. Pharmacy is also open on weekends, unlike some of the big pharmacy chains at this time.

The pharmacy needs some support. The people are lovely and so friendly. But, if I make an appointment for a shot, I don't think I should be waiting 20-30 minutes after my appointment time to be called in (behind walk-ins).

This is my locAl store that we buy everything from. Tonight I bought a 12 pack of beer with an expiration date of 2/21/23, 5 months ago, without realizing it was that far exp until I opened one. you could taste it immediately. I may need to start shopping at Baker's.

I know what you're thinking Hy-Vee is for groceries. 3 completely different events I attended and these are the flowers that they had from this particular hy-vee. THEY ARE PERFECTION!!! The floral team there is very knowledgeable and friendly. Their wedding guru/floral manager is great. Fun, friendly and creative- I'd say to let her create something and go from there. This location is one of the best places to get flower!!!

So while I am a huge fan of Hy-Vee this is the second time they have let me down on take a bake pizzas. I have brought this to managements attention before and apparently it was not addressed. Stopped in today to grab some snacks and pizza for the football games today. Why can we not figure out how to get sauce all over the pizza? Again this review is based on the pizza not the store as a whole. These pizzas are not made in store. So as a whole corporate needs to address the quality of how these are made. Your charging a higher price for these then some local pizza delivery places. If you want to keep people coming back for them you will need to up your game and make sure they are quality products.

Well, they just lost a couple of stars. I've written here before about the filthy dining room that didn't improve even after I spoke to the manager. No, I'm not a "Karen". The manager saw a comment I left on Facebook and asked if he could call me. Fat lot of good that did. The next time I came in, the dining room was still having cleanliness problems. Their answer? Contact a manager. Now tonight when I came in for a bit, the wet wipes by the cart is empty and has been long enough that the canister is completely dry. So even the basics of keeping us safe, especially as the flu season is in full-swing, is not something they care about. And the store isn't even busy! I'm appalled. And disappointed. HyVee CAN do better, but this location chooses not to. Or maybe HyVee can't really do better anymore. The store manager here just won some award for being the best in the region. Looks like it's time to shop at Bakers.

Staff are friendly and helpful. It's fast and friendly service. There's a Caribou and that's my favorite coffee place and the staff are friendly and make terrific drinks. It's a fabulous experience. It's clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. I've had staff offer me cupholders and carts. The only thing that could be better is the parking lot needs resurfaced.

HyVee 180th and Pacific - restaurant area My husband and I ate at 178th street HyVee (Omaha) this morning. We ordered biscuits and gravy, as well as four strips of bacon. The entire ordered was inedible. The bacon was burnt to a crisp and the biscuits were rocks. Only one strip of bacon was consumed. We informed the attendant that it was all overcooked. We did not ask for a refund. We were not offered a refund. We simply were happy to leave. On the way out we happened to notice that a plate of pancakes left on another table were also burned. We won't be back and we won't be using HyVee to cater my mother's birthday party. Badly done, HyVee - very badly done.

Whenever I'm out in this area, this is my Hy-Vee of choice. I'm not sure what it is but their Wine and Spirits section is better than others. For a while, (and this is minor but still), Crown Royal Reserve was nowhere to be found - from what I was told, they focused more on the Original and Apple since those were better sellers and they were limited by pandemic (or something along those lines) but I could find it here. The people are always polite and give that "Helpful Smile in Every Aisle" Hy-Vee used to trumpet.
