Be careful filling your prescriptions here. They think they know better than your doctor what you need and will flat out deny you medication based on their own opinions. Disgusting absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed. When confronted the pharmacist flat out lied to me about the laws she’s made up in here own head.

To say that I am disappointed in tonight’s visit would be an understatement. I don’t believe that this isolated incident by any means defines the workplace culture of Hyvee,but it’s absolutely something that should be addressed. To the two men in the back tonight, shame on you for the things that were said. To praise someone for having the ability to “shell out hushmoney” for sexual assault claims of young women is no joke. To then carry it on further and to laugh about how Donald trumps first wife died so that he could be with anyone he wants and have the money to do with whoever he wants is just inexcusable. Sexual assault of women in general is just not something that is funny or should be joked around about period. For being a staple location within our neighborhood all I would ask is this:
Hyvee, do better.

Self checkout malfunctions every visit! Seems like I can never run in and out. The self check out is so sensitive and I often have to wait for someone to get the manager to "admin needed." Standing here as I watch 6 people get through the checkout line. Come on!

I went to the Floral department very emotional and Denise helped me with making a small arrangement for my Father's grave. She was extremely empathetic and comforting and by the time I left I was feeling calm. I later went back to give her a hug and to purchase this fun witch. I named her Denise after the Amazing employee that I hope you never lose. There needs to be more people in our world like her. THANKS Denise! Love ~ Angela from Wisconsin

The grocery store itself is fine; it's very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. The Chinese food counter should be avoided, though - the veggie lo mein had almost no veggies - a very small amount of cabbage and literally two tiny pieces of julienned carrot - and the large chicken lo mein had very little chicken; between a small veggie and large chicken lo mein, we paid over $20 for dishes that were 99% noodles. This was the most mediocre, overpriced food I've had in a long time.

I tried to order a full sheet cake one day before I needed it and so many bakeries said no EXCEPT this Hy-Vee. Danny took my order and said no problem even though they are working short staffed like most places . It was decorated great and was delicious . Thank you Danny ( the bakery manager ) and to all the employees working short staffed!!! You would never know because of their constant smiles and friendliness . Everyone please be patient with these places trying to staff now . They can't help it the workforce is so depleted .

We came in friday nov 20 and shop got to register and paid and we had to sack our own groceries we said something out loud to a curly hair manager and he just runs away pretty poor customer service. That was our favorite store until a manager cant even help and.sack .Very Very disappointed probably wont come back to that location . Also sad when the employee hates working there because they cant get any help from even manager

This Hy-Vee always makes me happy to shop there, I feel like things are a little more spread out than I like and some wish the set up was more consistent with other stores - but it's always clean and the staff are nice. I took a point for the chinese - the staff at that food part are super nice, but they did not have quite the variety I am used to at Hy-Vee but I forget that this is not my preferred one mostly because of the sesame chicken -- it's just the breaded chicken and they add the sauce to the top like Sweet and Sour - not the same and does not taste that great. The other options I had were pretty good.

This location has terrible Aisles service! My mom has had 4 bad experiences in a row. She keeps trying to give them another chance, most recently, today. Here is a picture of the onion, rotten onion that was in her order today!

Walked in today and employees were smiling and joking with each other as they re-stocked shelves. I appreciated that so much. Thank you all for doing what you can to keep the place clean and stocked!! I appreciated that, of course, but noticed the attitudes and frankly it made what could be a sobering trip to the store far less apocalyptic.

Asked a manager for help finding something. Dude was openly annoyed that I asked him for assistance and made sure I knew it. Workers here are great tho, I love the people that work the deli and la carte sections. Hy-Vee market place while pricey, isn't a bad place to stop for food. Also I dislike how they're not 24 hours anymore, was always nice to be able to stop here to get something on the way home from work.

Y'all HyVee goes hard! I'm from TX in case you didn't catch on to the y'all so it was a real treat coming in Veterans Day morning. First of all, FREE breakfast for vets?! So special! Second, market grille breakfast is a must and I'm not much of a breakfast person. They have gluten free toast, God bless! The breakfast potatoes were too oily so get the hash browns. Third, store was very clean with lots of options. Gonna buy me a plane ticket just so I can come to HyVee again. Thanks for the perfect Monday morning breakfast, HyVee!

Great staff and huge selection to choose from. Everyone was very helpful. Moving from out of state it was a little different navigating through the specials and the gas rewards. Overall great experience and will be back soon.
