Nicely laid out, friendly staff. Usually they can find items for me when I cannot. Also features a post office, which saves me a trip to the official one, and I can do postal business on weekends. Pharmacy is also open on weekends, unlike some of the big pharmacy chains at this time.

The pharmacy needs some support. The people are lovely and so friendly. But, if I make an appointment for a shot, I don't think I should be waiting 20-30 minutes after my appointment time to be called in (behind walk-ins).

I know what you're thinking Hy-Vee is for groceries. 3 completely different events I attended and these are the flowers that they had from this particular hy-vee. THEY ARE PERFECTION!!! The floral team there is very knowledgeable and friendly. Their wedding guru/floral manager is great. Fun, friendly and creative- I'd say to let her create something and go from there. This location is one of the best places to get flower!!!

I have always gotten excellent produce from this store. The fresh meat is also very very good as well as their homemade salads. Customer service is great and employees are always available to help you find what you’re looking for.

So while I am a huge fan of Hy-Vee this is the second time they have let me down on take a bake pizzas. I have brought this to managements attention before and apparently it was not addressed. Stopped in today to grab some snacks and pizza for the football games today. Why can we not figure out how to get sauce all over the pizza? Again this review is based on the pizza not the store as a whole. These pizzas are not made in store. So as a whole corporate needs to address the quality of how these are made. Your charging a higher price for these then some local pizza delivery places. If you want to keep people coming back for them you will need to up your game and make sure they are quality products.

Well, they just lost a couple of stars. I've written here before about the filthy dining room that didn't improve even after I spoke to the manager. No, I'm not a "Karen". The manager saw a comment I left on Facebook and asked if he could call me. Fat lot of good that did. The next time I came in, the dining room was still having cleanliness problems. Their answer? Contact a manager. Now tonight when I came in for a bit, the wet wipes by the cart is empty and has been long enough that the canister is completely dry. So even the basics of keeping us safe, especially as the flu season is in full-swing, is not something they care about. And the store isn't even busy! I'm appalled. And disappointed. HyVee CAN do better, but this location chooses not to. Or maybe HyVee can't really do better anymore. The store manager here just won some award for being the best in the region. Looks like it's time to shop at Bakers.

Staff are friendly and helpful. It's fast and friendly service. There's a Caribou and that's my favorite coffee place and the staff are friendly and make terrific drinks. It's a fabulous experience. It's clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. I've had staff offer me cupholders and carts. The only thing that could be better is the parking lot needs resurfaced.

HyVee 180th and Pacific - restaurant areaMy husband and I ate at 178th street HyVee (Omaha) this morning. We ordered biscuits and gravy, as well as four strips of bacon. The entire ordered was inedible. The bacon was burnt to a crisp and the biscuits were rocks. Only one strip of bacon was consumed. We informed the attendant that it was all overcooked. We did not ask for a refund. We were not offered a refund. We simply were happy to leave. On the way out we happened to notice that a plate of pancakes left on another table were also burned. We won't be back and we won't be using HyVee to cater my mother's birthday party. Badly done, HyVee - very badly done.

We had HyVee cakes for our sons wedding reception. They were excellent to work with for ordering! The service at delivery was exceptional. We had almond with raspberry filling, lemon and white cake. All 3 were moist and DELICIOUS! Would highly recommend!!

We just moved to this area in town so I started getting my orders online from 178 and Pacific. The employees are always super friendly when I pick up and always helpful, even when I am a few mins late!

Don’t bother the cake lady at this Location. . She’s far too busy making cakes, to answer simple questions or to check inventory. I guess, I will take my business to Walmart…

On a Thanksgiving Day, I am glad this grocery store was open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. to get needed essentials that either run out or you discovered you don't have on a day like this. On this day, a type of beer was requested by Infusion and I knew the liquor section at Hy-Vee had plenty of inventory. The parking lot is moderately crowded and the spirit/wine section has plenty of people looking for additional beverages for today, like me. I quickly found what I needed and stood in line while 2 cashiers took care of the last minute rush. The cashier was very pleasant and bagged up my beverages while handing me the receipt. Their selection is decent if you don't want to travel to a specialty wine store 5 miles down the road in the Oak View Mall region and prices are competitive here.

Hy-Vee is my favorite grocery chain. It's probably not the best value, but I get a feeling the people who shop at Hy-Vee are okay paying that extra 5-10% for a nice shopping experience with a better selection of quality groceries. It's regionally owned (HQ'd in West Des Moines, Iowa). This location is nice and has a great selection. I was even able to score some kumquats on my most recent visit! Deli and meat counter are great too. Employees are friendly.I've never understood why there's so much variation in the layout of a chain's various locations. Go to Hy-Vee in Papillion at Shadow Lake Towne Center, Hy-Vee at 180th & Q, and then come to this Hy-Vee at 180th & Pacific. Three radically different layouts and for what? To just confuse customers who stop in at a location that isn't their usual Hy-Vee? I realize they were built at different times, but as the years pass and the stores reconfigure why don't they become more similar in layout?

Placed an aisle online to pick up today from 2-2:30pm. Got a text that said it would be 3.5 hours late. Never was told me order was ready. Called at 5. It was done. While picking it up I asked the gentleman, is this all? As it seemed fairly light. He reassured me that it was. I got home and was missing several items. I called back. I got hung up on 3x. Finally got through. They told me door dash would deliver my items. Door dash told me I have no scheduled delivery. It’s now 8:25pm- no complete order. Online shop elsewhere!
