There are not enough positive words in the english language to describe my experience with Husker Roofing. We are still finding our roots here in Omaha, and its scary when you don't know who's who. I feel as if my prayers were answered with Husker Roofing.
In June of 2024, not long after moving into our new home in Papillion, the Omaha metro area experienced a large hail storm. The storm wreaked havoc in various parts of the city and rural areas. The news stations reported golfball, tennis, and baseball size hail.
I had many companies come by within the first 24 hours, but I didn't have a level of comfort when my questions would go unanswered. I chose Husker Roofing because of thier BBB rating and consistent positive reviews on Google.
I met with Rick W., and I immediately felt at ease. He is easy to communicate with. His knowledge of roofing made me feel almost confident enough to replace the roof myself. Except I am afraid of heights. Rick projected a strong level of confidence about the men and women who would complete the work. Rick's dedication to customer service is unsurpassed.
He assured me our would home look better than when we bought the house and that the job site would be clean. I had contracted to have the entire house painted. Unfortunately my husband had emergency open heart surgery. I notified Rick as soon as I could. Rick not only understood, but he provided support to my daughter and I through text messages. He had no clue that the support he provided was the only support shown to my daughter and I.
As a Navy wife who had a successful 30 year career in healthcare, I have become a good judge of character. It is abundantly clear that Husker Roofing operates its business under benevolent leadership: A belief that conducting one's self in a respectable and compassionate manner helps foster a better workforce and society. I am privileged to have had such an exceptional company caring for my home.

Husker Roofing did an amazing job on our roof, siding, and gutters! Rick was awesome—he was here from start to finish, ensuring everything was perfect the entire time. He took care of even the little things I was stressing about, which made the whole process stress-free for me. It was nice to just sit back and let them do what they do best. Great job—A++++! Highly recommend their services!

Wow where do I start as your communication sucks soooo bad as it does not take much to call or text someone with an update and then say a guy will be be there Thursday but never showed up then said he will be there Friday never showed up then saturday late evening I get everyone is busy but to make a 10 second call or text is not much at ALL... and of course I'm gonna text a text in a bit from this chuck that hard to get ahold of to. COMMUNICATION GOES ALONG WAY..........JUST KEPT GETTING A RUN AROUND. JOKE

Rick W. just left our home but left us with integrity, quality, prices, and knowledge of working with Husker Roofing. They replaced our roof in 2016 so we do have some street cred with this company. I have a "honey do" list for Rick. Roof is just the beginning! Rick represents the company extremely well!

Rick and the Husker Roofing crew did a fantastic job with our new roof. They were professional, took great care with our plants and deck items, and cleaned up really well. Communication was very good, and they followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the work. I highly recommend Husker Roofing!

I had Husker Roofing put siding on my house and add on new gutters. The price was very reasonable and the house looks great. Rick was very patient and walked us through every step. One of the best parts was that he was in constant communications with us the entire time. In a time when other companies don't even call back or give you an estimate when promised, it was so refreshing to have Rick answer every time we called. I'd recommend Rick and Husker roofing for all your siding, roofing and gutter needs.

Because of my insurance company I had to get a new roof installed in a very short time frame. Rick at Husker Roofing, not only gave me a very competitive prize, but was very easy to work with, explained everything thoroughly, and was very accommodating regarding my installation date. The crew arrived on time, and on schedule, which I have since heard, is not that common. The crew did such a great job of cleaning up after the installation that I literally only found one tiny nail around my entire house. Again, I have since heard that so many roofing companies do such a lousy job of cleanup that homeowners can sometimes get flat tires just pulling into their own driveway. I would highly recommend Husker Roofing and especially working with Rick.

After talking to three other roofing companies, I ended up doing business with Husker Roofing. Rick is a great man to work with. He always kept me updated of a timeline for all of my installations - roof, gutters, and siding. Husker Roofing also worked well with my insurance company and was able to get all my repairs cleared. The team did a great job and there was no mess left behind. I was pleased with Husker Roofing so much I ended getting all new windows as well for a great price!My home looks brand new and thanks to Rick and his team it was a smooth process.Services: Gutter repairs

Rick was very wonderful to work with! He was very accommodating with scheduling the removal of our old gutters and the painting contractor. His crew was on time and, quick and did a great job! Husker Roofing Siding & Gutter did more for me than just roofing. They covered a 12' x 12' x 12' shed in corrugated steel and took on a small project for a campground church. I called three companies for estimates. One never showed up or called back and the other quoted an astronomical estimate for the shed and stated they weren't interested in the church project at all. Rick was prompt in getting me a good estimate and the owner of the company Chuck was out several times making sure I was pleased with the job Hector and his men were doing. I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat! They were all so kind and got the job completed quickly and picked up after themselves. They even saved me money on the little church project by using leftover materials from my shed. It's nice to know there are still reputable companies out there that will help people. I had a 12' x 12' x12' shed covered in corrugated steel and a small church project I needed done. My entire experience with this company from start to finish was A+. I called 3 different companies for estimates. One never called me back and the other I had to keep bugging for the estimate. They priced it so high I could have bought 3 new sheds and they weren't interested in helping with the small church project. This company was prompt in getting the estimate out, did a very nice job and even saved me money by using the left over pieces of steel to complete the church project. They also cleaned up after they were here. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company in a heartbeat. If I ever need a new roof on my house I know who I will be calling. Working with Husker Roofing was a great experience. They understood the nuances of working with a religious 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and were very responsive to our needs and concerns. I thought the competitive pricing might indicate lower quality work but they were far from it. High quality work, extraordinary service and comparable pricing were all part of the package. The representative went out of his way to meet up with me to exchange and sign necessary paperwork even under the circumstances of the pandemic. He did not need to over sell additional products but instead provided reasonable logic on how we could preserve our investment. Thank you for working with me. I was disappointed at first with the other contractors I contacted but after our experience with Husker Roofing I am certain that all the others did was get out of the way so that we could work with you guys.
