New to the area working and living in Omaha for an assignment. I needed an oil change, I typically stick to dealerships as it is easier to track my previous service. Service is done at the Chevy service entrance not the Cadillac one. Apparently no appointment need for oil change on Saturdays. So I drove up Saturday morning, shortly after 8 am. Yes they were busy, but I was attended to quickly. Oil change and tire rotation needed. I waited for my SUV took about 2 hours-I knew it would. The waiting area is pleasant with drinks and snacks available at no charge. Plenty of seating with TV, as well as charging stations for electronics. Bill was great, kinda quiet at first but got my Yukon taken care of in no time. Thanks again!

I went in to Huber Chevrolet a week ago today, Friday March 18th 2022. I saw a truck posted on their website, and wanted to test drive it and hopefully get it my garage. Having bought 2 new trucks from Huber in the past, I had felt I'd be treated pretty well. I WAS SO, SO SADLY MISTAKEN. I won't go into the long version of this. But after not getting any test drive, or much less a positive attitude on my ability to buy the truck, the sales manager, Terry Csipkas (that I've dealt with twice before) handed me a Huber staff sheet with cost and trade value. . As it turns out, I was to pay full sticker price. Oh, ok, times are tough for GM. Also, the sales offer said my trade-in value was conveniently set at my bank pay-off amount! (prior to my arrival, they used my current truck VIN and looked up my financing and payoff amount). . My trade? A near-mint condition 2018, fully loaded F-150 Fx4 super crew with the Coyote V8 engine, with ... wait for it ... 8,951 miles on it!... yep, they value my trade as worth $32,000. Kelly Blue Book-? $38-41,000. . I took the high road, thanking them and walking away. If I can enlighten even just one person on how Terry Csipkas and Huber Chevrolet operate and treat even returning customers, this review and time it took to write it will be time well spent. Thanks so much for reading.

I took my Avalanche to this dealership to have the takata airbag recall done. By the time I went to pick my truck up after work, there was a whole list of stuff that "needed to be done". Brakes (they were right, but I had an appointment for the following weekend). Gee whiz, according to the mechanic, I had oil squirting out of every orifice on my vehicle. But......I had actually had new gaskets put on places it was leaking by the Lantz brothers auto repair shop a month before. I did take it to a different auto repair place and paid them to reassure me that there were absolutely no oil leaks. I got the same story on my Cadillac and there would be a 99.00 diagnosis fee. My spouse had already had that done, but again, the car isn't leaking anything. My vehicles won't be seeing the inside of the Huber car service anymore. I also have to question whether or not these 5 star ratings are authentic. Oh yeah, one last thing, when I stopped to fill up with gas (I always check my oil when I fill), the filler cap was about to fall off.

a quote for my back brakes that didn't include turning my rotators , I had worked with someone other than the service writer Steve French with whom I normally work with and when I arrived to drop my car off to have the work done, he explained the $179.00 quoted would be more like $350.00 and both explained why and apologized. I am a divorced single woman and this extra wasn't within my budget so I left the dealership feeling a little upset. The next morning Steve French called me , he had went to his service manager and explained the situation and decided to honor the original quote and they would pick up the difference, I couldn't believe it and was both grateful and thankful. When I returned to pick up my vehicle they had done over $500 in free work because my back emergency brakes were so bad that they broke off while repairing the brakes and Huber Chevrolet replaced them at no charge!!! Steve French is a kind , courteous and customer service oriented person and he actually cares about the customers experience by both word and deed !!!!!

Since I got my Chevy Colorado in 2018, I've been bringing it to Huber for routine service and maintenance issues. I've never had any issues with them, they let me know pretty far ahead of time of potential issues that could come up so I can either fix them myself or plan ahead to have Huber do the work. Everyone is always friendly, they work efficiently to make sure the customer is taken care of in a timely manner. Great service department all around.

I absolutely love this dealership and service department. I have now purchased 3 vehicles here. First a pre-owned vehicle and then two new trucks! They were easy to work with, helped ease the anxiety that can come along with a large purchase, and I was happy with the price/value. I will definitely keep coming back!

Great service & friendly staff. Helped me with repairs in the body shop after my truck was broken into as I traveled through Omaha. Thank you for all your help from the 400K Silverado!

Came here for their body shop. I highly recommend their body shop. Highly.I had an insurance claim to process for my car, and they handled it perfectly, fixing the problem some errant driver inflicted on my poor car quickly and well. They have an Enterprise outlet there, so getting a rental was painless. They work with my insurance. Again, painless. All this and a cheery staff. They get my body work, going forward. What a delight.

Being an out of state (driving thru) customer from Southern California sometimes repair shops don't prioritize your car vs. local repeat customers.Huber Chevrolet was one of the best we have experienced. Promptly take you at the appointment time, paperwork PRE-prepared ready to go over. Nice lounge with everything you need if you want to wait. Car was done in less time than promised and washed and ready to go. Really impressed with this dealership!

Very disappointed. My battery is under warranty but doesn’t have anything available until next week. Can’t drive my car without a battery forcing me to get a new one today someplace else paying full price. Terrible.
