I have worked with my tax professional (D.R.) for over 20 years now and although I live in a different state than her, I still come back for help with my tax filings. I value her help, direction, and advice and will continue coming back as long as I can. I hate the thought of D.R. retiring, but this is for purely selfish reasons as she has gotten to know me and my tax situations quite well. She will be hard to replace.

I went to them for tax preparation. I told the lady I didn’t have my SSDI form. The lady said is a taxable income I said no I don’t pay taxes. Now the IRS is coming after me, and this multi billion dollar company won’t back me. I wouldn’t recommend going here. They also recorded my 403B as an IRA, which is also getting me in trouble.. Definitely got hung out to dry on this one. I wouldn’t recommend this location or maybe this company this multimillion dollar company has Hung me out to dry for a big fat debt. I guess this year I will just do my taxes on my own because I have to repay the US government $5000. So I can’t even pay them for my taxes so I can’t come back. Thanks for screwing me over guys Have a fun 2024 tax season.f

This year i did a in-person consultation with tax-professional before filing my taxes. Here after i will not be doing online filing of taxes ( even with H&R !!). The professional experience with tax professional changed my mind about filing taxes online. Will be recommending everyone to talk with tax-professional in person. I can see 3 offices of H&R on my way to office. I like that.

They completed my taxes as an expat living in the U.K. with a business in the U.S. It relieved so much stress in my life. It was simple and I understood the questions they asked. They also got me some wonderful deductions and I didn't owe nearly as much as I anticipated.

Julie C at the walnut Grove location was great! She was extremely helpful at helping me find all the deductions that I qualified for and really simplified the process! She was a good listener and attentive to my needs!

Ever since I was introduced to Rob I have never felt so satisfied with Filing my taxes rob has always gotten me the on my refund and to this day I don't trust anyone else to do my taxes other than rob
