Went into the store April 15 to file my taxes. Tax expert said I was all set and would receive my returns in about 2-3 weeks via direct deposit. 1 month later I called and they said it was still pending. A week later I called again and they said they needed my direct deposit information AGAIN. So now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for my returns. SMH. I will look else where next time to file my taxes.

Don't do your taxes with Julie Hendrix. She'll not want to help you, will not offer any assistance beyond calling the help number on their own website. Absolutely ridiculous experience. Offered to email my tax related documents, she refused that as an option and demanded hard copies. Will also move your appointment without any notice. Stay away from Julie and this location by ANY means

Booked an appointment online, during listed business hours.
They tell me they have no availability on that day, after having booked it. Honestly, if they are unable to manage a basic appointment system, how can I trust them with something as complicated as a tax return?

600.00 to do my taxes, wanted 800.00 till I balked. 1040ez with investment propertys, I waited too long and my accountant didn't have time, cost me 200.00 wen she does then....staff was nice, but have no control on prices. In addition it was higher then the initial qoute

Very prompt and clear explanation of what was needed and how it all broke down also very nice and calm especially w my dad when he wanted to tell her about something that didn't qualify for me but wanted to make sure. Just a wonderful process kept me very involved at every step.
