We've been bringing our dogs to Bestcare for 13 years but recently the worst of the worst took place. Our 13 y.o. Shitzu-pom mix was limping and we took her in to be checked. The vet told us it was likely joint pain for an older dog and prescribed pain meds for 2x day. Two months later I found a lump on her shoulder, took her in and they found out she has cancer and it's spread to the lungs. We now have no choices but to watch and wait to euthanize. Because I trusted the vet, I did not even think to research on my own, we had no idea cancer was a possibility. Had they simply googled "dog has unexplainable limp" it would have suggested to check for cancer. We are devastated and do not understand why her limp was taken so lightly, no xray or anything. When we were told the sad news, I was sent home with pain meds and that was it. We will never return to this vet again.

Best care is TRUE...they really do get the best care! Baby teeth extractions done on my yorkie..(Maxi my rescue) big girl teeth came in ..(good thing I no longer have a "mortgage payment" ) healthy teeth are necessary for healthy heart! They were very thorough in explaining her pain meds and soft food and limited activity ..this office always calls me the next day for an update at home!!! Thank you Dr. B and Kelli (vet tech) Rven scheduling is done so as to not have many pets in at once!!! Highly recommend

We have been here with two different cats and seen two different vets and they've both been great! The vets and techs are kind and gentle with the animals. We brought our kitty in for a check up and to get her shots and the vet found was mites. She treated them with medicine and our kitty is fine. Our adult cat had discharge in her eye and was squinting. Dr. Howard was so gentle with her and got her eye drops. Both visits we've been immediately taken back to the rooms and the vet techs came in within 5 minutes each time. They do not make you wait with your animal which is so important. Scheduling and payment are always smooth. I really recommend. Many of the negative reviews seem to be from a few years ago and it definitely seems like they've got their stuff together now. Great place!

Don't expect an appointment same day or even the same week. If your pet needs immediate attention, go somewhere else!

Dr Bosilevac saved our dog's life. She had a complicated immune deficientcy problem I'm not sure all vets would have diagnosed. This was several years ago and she is still doing fine. Thanks Dr B and all the hardworking friendly staff at Best Care. You're the best!!!!

Ya'll, I love this place! I recommend Best Care anyone and everyone that asks. I have taken my leopard gecko, cat, large dog, and small dog here and have always received expert care and advice. The front desk staff are friendly and professional, the vet techs are knowledgeable, and the vets are well rounded experts. The exams are affordable enough that I don't feel guilty bringing my pets in for somewhat minor things!

While I love Dr Bunson, the people they have at the front desk have zero empathy for pet owners who must make life and death decisions for their pets. I had my done bring our cat in while I left work to meet him there. Before I arrived they diagnosed her with kidney failure, my son called me very upset, I arrived a few minutes later and went to the desk and told Mike my name expecting to be shown to my cats exam room. Instead he told me, your total is $130.00. I said, I'm not even done here, I haven't talked to a vet, and I want to see my cat, how do you know what my total is?! Zero compassion. Not fit to deal with grieving pet parents.

My family has been taking our four-legged, and no-legged, pets there since my son found out Dr. B was the best there is for reptiles. When I saw how the staff and Dr. B treated my son's snake, bearded dragon, and lizards, I decided to take my dog there. Many years later, we still take our dog, cat, and reptiles to Best Care. We see Dr. Kooima mostly now, and she is the BOMB! She is so nice to my dog (who is very important to me) and takes her time with the exam and with me. She willingly answers questions, and always makes sure that I know what is going on. She even acts as if she enjoys being with my dog, which makes me happy. I find the staff nice, but not as friendly as they used to be. They do seem to be a bit rushed, which I don't understand, as the clinic doesn't seem to be understaffed.. I trust Dr. K's advice. I know that she isn't going to push any unneeded treatments on me.

Love this place, everyone is so kind and helpful! I can usually get an appointment within days if sometimes the same day! Dr.Howard is awesome he takes the time to listen to your concerns about your pet! I'm usually in and out with in 30-45 minutes tops!!!

I feel if you make an appointment that's just what it should be an appointment that time slot is taken for you not just bringing 50 dogs and let him sit there you pick and choose one at a time over a long What no one has reached out to me because they just don't give a damn get them in, run them through the assembly line and send them home 8 hours later

Best Vets in town. We've been taking our pets to Dr B and staff for years. Always helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to diagnose and treat any ailments. When I adopted my shepherd/mastiff mix, I discovered he had digestive issues. Dr B diligently stuck with me to figure out a healthy diet for him. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Dr Howard is the best vet ever. He's so patient and loves my cats! When my maine coon mix was in for a uti, he tried to keep him! Answers questions and the staff is nice.
