“Great location and staff, front desk and bar was top rated.
Nearby activities: As mentioned earlier, great location. A lot of things to do in the surrounding area. I felt safe and I could walk anywhere I needed to go.
Safety: To my surprise this was a very clean City and I only saw one homeless person so I felt safe and it was just amazing.
Walkability: There were great restaurants in walking distance. The actual convention center where we had our event was in walking distance.
Food and drinks: I ordered a burger and fries and it was simply Delicious.
Noteworthy details: The hotel itself was well designed. The lobby was definitely Eye-Catching. Businesses grow”

“This is our first time staying here and I am very pleasantly surprised! Immaculate kitchen with all the mod cons. Bathroom was spotless as was the room. Plenty of space to move around. There was even a recliner to relax in whilst watching the television.
I don’t know why we haven’t stayed here before! Couldn’t fault this place. Looking forward to many, many more stays in the near future.
Big shoutout to CJ at reception for the banter and just being lovely unlike the staff at our previous hotel (Holiday Express Ralston), awful customer service.

“I stayed at the Hampton Inn with my family on July 27. In our hurry to continue our journey, my wife accidentally left her wedding ring and diamond ring in the room. The housekeeping staff was incredibly honest and returned the rings to the front desk. The front desk staff promptly and securely mailed the rings back to our home in Canada. This is the warmest and most comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The enthusiastic service and the integrity of the staff are truly commendable. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future! We are extremely grateful.”

“We had to change our reservation multiple times due to changes in my cancer treatment schedule. The hotel staff were so very kind and accommodating. They even upgraded our room to ensure a comfortable, quiet stay since I was going through medical procedures. This kind of service and kindness is so rare. Our room was clean, spacious and lovely. They have a good breakfast and a nightly happy hour (my hubby could partake) during the week. We could not be more impressed with the way we have been treated and will definitely make this our go-to place to stay in Omaha.”
“We had a wonderful stay here 10/18/24-10/19/24. We booked 2 rooms and had a dog with us. We got to pre-check in and choose our room!
There was a shuttle service that could take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. It took us to dinner.
The hotel was clean, well organized and the staff were very friendly.
Nearby activities: We came to see Dylan Schneider in concert at Barnato's which was such a cool space and within walking distance of our hotel.
We ate dinner at The Local, which had fabulous food and was easy to get into on a Friday night.
Walkability: There is an outlet mall about a 1/4 mile away which has great restaurant options. Also, the hotel is on a frontage road which was a great option for me to walk my dog.
Food and drinks: There is a typical breakfast bar in the morning, free of charge. They also have a cook to serve option for $12.50. there were about 6 cook to order options to choose from. Everyone we saw who was coming to eat breakfast ordered from the cook to serve. There was a waitress who was very friendly.”

“Truly loved my stay here. Mrs Lynn maybe a young woman but she gave us and old school much appreciated treatment. This is a hotel that's relaxing, quiet and very very clean.

“My company has had our work party here for years, and it's always been perfect. Plenty of excellent apps, well stocked bars and good bartenders, a very large venue/many rooms/hallways to socialize in. The food here is great--good options and high quality. It was served fresh and warm despite our buffet setting. The only problem we've had is the parking garage fills up every year, making parking an issue as we have to walk a ways to get to the Marriot. Overall a great place for a large party venue if you need something upscale!”

“The room was very clean and the staff was great. Location is 15-20 mins from downtown and right down the road from The Amazing Pizza Machine. Quick access to the highway and plenty of retail close by.
Rooms: Rooms were clean and well stocked. Full sized refrigerator, microwave, and 2-burner stove.
Nearby activities: Right down the street from The Amazing Pizza Machine and only a 15-20 minute drive to the Kiewitt Luminarium and Omaha Zoo downtown.”

“We were very pleased with our stay here. The hotel was clean and well kept. Rooms are spacious and set up nicely with the separate seating area, large TV, microwave, mini fridge and surprisingly comfy beds. It's also not close to a highway so it's much quieter than most hotels. The free breakfast was sufficient with the usual options including the popular waffle maker. The only issue we had was that the water didn't get very hot at all so be prepared for a lukewarm shower.”
“This hotel was extremely clean with a very nice size room and bathroom. The street level is common area for everyone to use... to sit on couches or at tables for a meal and was also very clean and attractive. Staff made it comfortable and were friendly and welcoming.Hot breakfast included egg choices, oatmeal, pancakes, juices, coffee, yogurt and fresh fruit. Very clean area with a better breakfast than most budget hotels.We got yummy takeout food from Spezia, the Italian restaurant just two blocks away and brought it back to eat in the common dining area. Very comfortable.”

“Recently stayed here for March Madness & the hotel was beautiful. It was in close proximity to a lot of restaurants and walking distance from a dollar general. If you’re in town for the an event at the Chi Health Center, the hotel is a 20+ minute walk but could easily be uber or driven to. Very respectful and welcoming staff from my experience especially with our group being as large as it was. Aside from the wifi not working the best on my phone, I had no complaints.Rooms: We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. The layout was nice and I absolutely loved the bathroom. The room has the common amenities expected in a hotel room with a desk for working as well as a mini fridge. I don’t think there was a microwave, but I don’t think I simply didn’t see it.Walkability: There’s many places within walking distance of the hotel. If you don’t mind it, you can really save on Uber and parking by walking around the city.Food & drinks: Some of the spots I wanted to try, especially for breakfast weren’t the best walkable places to go to despite being a mile away. There was a bakery spot that some of the ladies really enjoyed but it wasn’t my cup of tea. If you’re just looking for a small bite and coffee you’ll have no issues. For lunch/dinner you’ll be close to spots like doozy and pepperjax being about a 6 minute walk away. If you’re looking to possible save on eating out, there’s a dollar general located some blocks down from the hotel.”

“Exactly what you would expect from a fairfield - clean, friendly service, decent although far from great breakfast.
They are only cleaning rooms every other day which is fine except, as a result, there is not enough coffee in the room. The front desk will happily give you more coffee but it would be nice if they just stocked more in the room.”

“I have stayed here a handful of times while in Omaha for work purposes. The staff have always been warm, friendly, helpful, and engaging. The hotel is always very clean and organized. Everything is maintained and updated well. The breakfast is wonderful. The lobby has a lot of things you can buy if you need something but don't want to run to the store. There is a good pool and a nice gym. I highly recommend this place, it's especially pleasant because of the staff who take care of it.”

I wanna personally thank Emily and Lauren on the great hospitality and amazing customer service, during our entire stay. Rooms were nice and comfortable. “Rooms are remodeled and well made, but they were not the cleanest. We found a bra on top of the closet and there were handprints all over the headboards ?, and I think they skip the mirrors too. Staff was polite, and helpful. If housekeeping would make sure to clean the rooms a little better it would be a 5 star!”
“Dated but well maintained, clean and spacious rooms. Compared to many other aging motor inns this one was nice. Nothing really negative to say. Hot water and AC worked fine. Staff was incredibly friendly and the price is hard to beat.”

“I was there the weekend of 8/17. An issue with my reservation was quickly resolved by Alexis & LaTasha at the front desk; throughout my stay, La Tasha was incredibly friendly, gracious, and helpful. My room was spotless and comfortable; the breakfast they provided was a really nice amenity. The amazing staff, clean room, location, and amenities exceeded my expectations in every way. This will be my first choice the next time I’m in Omaha.

“my girlfriend and I love this motel. the staff has been really helpful and friendly, and we always appreciate that considering there’s a lot of places around here that are downright rude. we really love that we can have our dog with us, since other places would refuse to “rent” to us solely based on the fact that we have her with us. it’s been a difficult time for us lately so we’re really grateful this place has been as accommodating, kind and welcoming as they have been. I’d 100% recommend this Motel 6 to anybody looking to stay somewhere budget friendly next time they’re in Omaha. plus, there are a good amount of places to eat, drink and do a little shopping all within walking distance!
