Great experience! I had been looking for a car for months!! I went to all the “big” car lots, and I had nothing but bad experience after bad experience. Craig was easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of properly! I will definitely recommend this place to people and it will be the first place I go when my daughter gets a new car!

Craig at Holcombs made buying a car a pleasurable experience, and that is not something I can often say. Craig knew his inventory, was open and honest about the options available, and he stood behind the vehicle he sold. There was a tiny problem when it was purchased - and he immediately took care of the repair. How refreshing! I'll be back.

Craig Holcomb couldn’t of been more genuine, pleasant and accommodating! He took care of me every step of the way including picking me up from the car rental office to bring me to the office to pick up my new car. He feels more like a friend than a car salesman! And I couldn’t be happier with the car I bought! Thank you for my happy ending!

A friend referred me to Holcomb’s Auto and after meeting/talking to Craig, he had a vehicle to fit my needs. I took it to my mechanic who did a thorough review and said the vehicle is in very good condition. I am very pleased and Craig is an honest/true professional. I strongly recommend him and will refer him to everyone!

I live 2 hours from Omaha so worked with Craig over the phone and in person. When I asked for the Car Fax he explained he didn’t provide it so I purchased it myself. He did negotiate the price to my satisfaction based on the Carfax info. Prior to purchase I spoke with businesses in the area that had positive feedback about him choosing only cars that were clean and they edified him as a fair man. Just after I purchased the car there was a loose bumper and he had it repaired the following week at his expense.

I was in an accident that had totalled our car that we had barely had for a year. When we began our search for a replacement car it was very disheartening to see how much the price point had risen and it became apparent to us we were going to have to spend 3-4 grand more than we had a year ago to get a comparable car to the one we had lost. After searching for a while and having some bad interactions with salesmen at what we had thought were reputable auto places, we were fortunate enough to come across Craig at Holcomb auto. Craig was so patient and understanding with us. He went above and beyond to be up front on the price, and what he could do to get us the car for the best price. Even after we had bought the car and left we noticed the brakes were feeling weird and he told us to bring the car back and he checked it and took care of the issue, free of charge! It was the best car buying experience we have had. Whenever someone we know needs a car, we will be recommending Holcomb auto. A true gem and honest people. We will forever be making Holcomb our first stop in the future when we need another car.

The ONLY honest car salesmen who I have felt was trust worthy and geniunally wanted a customer to have a safe, reliable vehicle that was worth my money. I felt the breaks wernt working right so i gave him a call and he had me come down so he could take a look. he inspected them, let me look at them. Showed me they were safe. he also test drove my car to make sure it was indeed safe to drive. he took the time and had the patience to make sure I felt safe driving away in my car. I will continue to go back if need be and WILL HIGHLY reccomend his business! Worth my money!

We did not buy a car here or even look at one. When I called, we had a car we wanted to look at. I told him we would take the car to our mechanic. He refused. He said we could only take it to the mechanic of his choice. He said we could not come look at the vehicle after that. That is sketchy & slimy. Be careful.
